Very clean and lovely staff.

This might be the nicest place I have ever stayed at. It was modern immaculate and very well appointed.

It was the duty staff first day and I arrived tired and grumpy, not a good combination but we got through it.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean, tidy, comfortable rooms. Value for money.

Easy check in/out. Staff helpful and informative. Very tidy and quiet room.

We couldn't work the TV which was just a minor inconvenience. When we were leaving, it was obvious that someone on the first floor had been smoking which was pretty poor.

Nice to be upgraded! Very comfortable room, good shower and lots of room. Great location with easy walk to great shopping and good restaurants! Good to have parking on site. Staff were helpful and let us park after we checke out so we could do a little extra shopping! Good value!

Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Within walking distance of Westfield Mall, about a 7 minute walk.Within 10 minutes of Newmarket railway, with a 20 minute train journey to Eden Park.I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to go to Eden Park.Such friendly staff. I honestly cannot fault this accommodation.

Very Clean, nice friendly staff, good location for Auckland Radiology, good large bathroom.

More 3 star than 4, little dated, no mini bar, reception closes at 7pm, no security on carpark or on lift.

The location was excellent with Westfield down the road and public transport. The beds were comfy and the room had plenty of room for the four of us ( 2 adults 2 children). Loved the window seat. It was easy to access out of hours.

The car parks are a little tight but It was still good to have parking available but it was on first come first served basis.

Our room was h dry nd near to the lift but the hallway did not smell fresh.

Close to Newmarket with parking. Clean and spacious rooms.

Clean rooms, easy checkin and checkout, great amenities and good communication.

Front desk was very professional and friendly. All documentation was ready at check-in. Rooms were clean and had basic cooking facilities; like microwave oven and toaster. They triplet bedroom has a cooking stove. The toilet was clean and the water pressure was good.

The location is marvelous! So close to everything. The room was spacious and very clean. Well appointed. Highly recommend

Bed was really comfy (and big), perfect after a long flight. Parking was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful and everywhere was very clean.

Bit of a walk to the centre, but doable. Could do with a mirror outside of the bathroom.
