Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel

I liked the room it was quite quirky.

It was a bit of a maze to get to room and when I stayed there were a lot of very loud children in the hall ways which made a sleep in a bit impossible so take ear plugs just in case .

The staffs was osum we had a small flush issue but was taken care by the manager on duty which made our stay comfortable

weve stayed there a few tomes before over the years and this time It was obvious they've cut costs .. no in room snacks apon arrival, no plates or cutlery to use we were told rudely by a manager that they never supply plates but this is a lie as last time we stayed we had everything in the room.. so we had to ask the restaurant for some which they were fine with.

Staff, location and room, bed was very comfortable

The toilet was not in the centre of the room and was really close to the wall on one side

Everything was great. the rooms were clean, the robes were a nice touch.

The pizza special wasn't great. The pizza was very dry. I think they forgot to give me my order. I had to ask for it a couple of times

Room is clean with nice interiors. Bed is comfy with excellent pillows. Breakfast has good choices and taste good.Easy access to hotel via yellow bus ($8 per person 1-way)Easy check in via kiosk or you can head to the reception counter.

Saw the notice on credit card charge. Offered to use Eftpos but the manager stated he would waive the fee. But he probably forgot to waive the fee in the system? I hope so

Really nice, good price, comfortable, close to airport. Bus is convenient.

love the decor, definitely a wow factor to start your holiday. Location was better than we expected, being opposite our normal hotel choice, but this was better by far! Drive to Verrisimo Drive Long Stay Car Parking was only a few minutes away. Hotel was immaculate, quirky but not in a cheap way, just different. We sat in the bar on the night time and chatted and listened to some excellent house music on their PA system - not pumping tunes, just tasteful and at an "ambient" volume. Checkin via an automated terminal was excellent, I was almost disappointed to have to check-out with a human, instead of using the terminal!

Close to airport

Loud. Hard to sleep beds were rock hard and thin. Food was basic. Not great.

Funky interior from the lobby to our room. Clean. Comfortable. It's the perfect place to stay if you need a car at the airport. We stayed overnight for an early morning pick up.

The breakfast was awesome! We especially liked the location really close to retail area with a liquor store, convenience store, laundromat, and restaurant. Also, strawberries were in season and the field was a short walk away for fresh strawberries and ice cream!

We had trouble finding news and shows on the tv for free.

The Naumi Hotel is about 10 minute drive from the airport and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I used the Naumi as my “home base” in Auckland. I stayed here 3 different nights and was able to leave my big suitcase here while I traveled around.

The receptionist was really good on arrival, very friendly and helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were also helpful and friendly too!

Being charged parking when I was staying the night. Also when you walk into the room it is hot as the air con works off the key card which you have to insert when you enter, so it took a wee while for the room to cool down - it was a hot day!

Staff and service was excellent. Rooms are good size, super comfy beds and good amenities. Excellent blackout curtains!! Pool was great. Breakfast had a good selection too.

The view from the room looking out to carpark and Thirsty Liquor. There was a small balcony but wouldn't have wanted to sit out there. No lighting near the mirror in the main room.

Flegmatic serving staff at breakfast. When you’re leaving for the airport you don’t have time to ask for coffee, and the coffee cup, and the milk separately when nothing has been restocked. Looked like the plan was to get your money and make you leave without eating.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and is delicious. The rooms are larger than normal and the beds are comfortable.

Had all the amenities of a more expensive hotel - appreciated the slippers and how spacious the bathroom was. Staff was friendly and efficient and it was great value for a night close to the airport.

The place was fairly close to the airport and the room was much cleaner than the hallways

The only saving grace was the small pool and the fact that the room was an actual improvement over the dingy entrance and hallways Extremely dated and no restaurants or shopping within walking distance
