Clean and comfortable room. I loved the smell in the hotel. Convenient location. On site parking available, which is great.

The lady checking us in, was not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt a bit upset after checking in as it felt like she didn't want to serve me and she seemed very annoyed and irritated. She literally whispered and seemed very annoyed each time I had to say "I'm sorry, can you repeat that?" The lady at the check in next to us seemed friendly when checking in the people next to us and I could hear every word she said to her customer from where I was standing, so it's not my hearing that's the problem. The rest of our stay was perfect in every way. I've never felt the need to leave negative feedback on any hotel I've stayed in before. This was definitely the most unfriendly and cold "welcoming" I've ever experienced at any type of accomodation, it borders on rudeness.

New clean and tidy. Good sized room with modern stylish bathroom. Close to Ellerslie Station.

Parking wasn’t free, but not expensive.

Room was spacious and clean and serviced daily.Kitchen was good. Had everything I needed.Washing machine and dryer were great.Short 7 min walk through underpass to Ellerslie Main Street which has supermarket and excellent pub called ‘the outpost’

The property is literally positioned a car park width from highway 1.The only thing that separates the rooms that face the Highway and your room is a small carpark.The building has apartments for short term accommodation levels 1-3, which are on the level of the highway.B Doubles and Semi trailers scream down that highway all night. During the day not so bad because Auckland is basically grid lock in that area.The windows are not sufficient to block out the noise.If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noises and vibration from traffic going 100kms per hour at 2am, do not stay here.If you have to stay here, ask for a room facing the business area, not the Highway. Also if you consider a gym an important part of your hotel considerations, this is not the place for you.While there is enough room in the gym, the cardio equipment is very cheap and un enjoyable to workout on.I abandoned the gym in the property and joined classes at F45 Ellerslie. Much more effective.

Somewhat clean.

Concierge had terrible instructions and English.Aircon was stupidly placed in the living room. We stayed overnight and only felt the aircon get into the main room the morning after. Had to move the bed into the living room for aircon.

I think the staff was great & gave great suggestions

When I booked the room it said “it came with car parking”. But when I showed up to check-in it did not have any available. Which was confusing

Carpark is far away. $300 security hold - even though we paid and they have our card details already. $100 for late check out.When we arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. We could get in until 5pm . Check in is from 2pm onwards. We asked for a late check out and they tried to charge us $100 fee.

Comfy bed but check parking...

It was advertised as parking available, but there actually wasn't any as it was "first come first served'. The room was nice, but way overpriced for what it was. I understand that you increased the price for Ed Sheeran concert, but wouldn't stay here again at that kind of price.I dealt with one staff member (a male) who was really rude and helpful regarding the parking situation, then one staff member (a female) who was really helpful and gave us suggestions on other places to park.

Excellent no frills hotel.

Aircon not working first night, turns out they control it at reception. Which closes at 8pm. Next night much better.

Cleanliness of the room Friendly staff

Seemed to be a disconnect between local staff and corporate. Eg asked for a late checkout, was told "there is a problem & contact hotel". I checked when checking in & was told no problem, my request was fine. On morning of departure I get a call asking why I haven't checked out...

Location is ideal for events at Go Media Stadium. Snack machine in the foyer was great for late night cravings and the bed was very comfortable.

Location is unusual within business area, opposite a car park, not at all scenic with few other nearby facilities other than a petrol station. Decor is quite spartan throughout but entirely functional.

Bed was super comfy, bedroom was all we needed

Woke up in the morning and as I walked into the elevator the whole floor was covered in water and sweet chilli sauce

Room wasn’t ready at check in although arrived an hour later than check in opened. Multiple people waiting for rooms and staff unable to say when it would be available. Very frustrating as had plans for the afternoon
