Location, view from our 31st floor room including the Sky Tower. Quiet and comfortable, excellent bathroom layout and amenities,We stumbled upon Bar Albert by accident - spectacular! Perhaps front desk staff could point this out on check in for those who don’t read the information on the TV!Great concierge to look after our luggage on early check in and late check out. Great breakfast.Tip: if you are getting off a cruise ship, it’s an easy 10 minute walk even with luggage

A modern hotel, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable bed! Located in the CBD so very central. We had a nice view of the Skytower.The coffee and omelette from the breakfast buffet were fantastic. The rooftop bar has great city views.

The aircon in the room was difficult to figure out- it kept resetting the temperature to 20 degrees even after adjusting it to 23 degrees multiple times. The towels and linen were creating alot of lint and dust. Shower water pressure was low.

Stunning rooms, great views. Felt very high end and we got a very budget friendly upgrade when we stayed for new year. Perfect fireworks watching spot.

Shame that the ensuites have barn doors so not acoustically sound at all - not what you expect from a fancy hotel.

Hotel is central to everything Auckland. Incredible mesmerizing view of the Sky Tower.Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get an Uber or walk wherever needed. Close to waterfront and ferries, and Britpmart.

Airco did not work. It was bloody hot when I first entered my room. Further express Check-out sid not work on the tv.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the Sky Tower and downtown area. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The rooftop bar is amazing! Will definitely be back.

The check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and view from the room was amazing.

I didn't know how to connect to the wifi. I couldn't find any instructions, so I just bused my data.I also didn't get the deposit back despite only $80 on room service. They were very busy at check out, so I think they forgot.

Close to the harbour and city centre. Lovely roof top bar to enjoy panoramic views as the sun set.

No parking available except $60 a night parking in a parking lot next door.

We asked for a room facing the harbor on an upper floor and our request was received and honored! We were on the 36th floor with an incredible view of the harbor and city! We got to watch the jets perform for Auckland’s Independence Day and watched our cruise ship arrive and dock! We purchased the breakfast included package and what an awesome spread they offered! We were even able to order our eggs in a variety of ways which made them fresh and delicious!We highly recommend voco Auckland City Centre as an excellent place to stay when either arriving in Auckland or catching a cruise from it! Close to airport ($20.00 for a ride on the airport shuttle to hotel) and within walking to cruise terminal and ferry terminal to spend the day on Waiheke Island! You will LOVE IT!
