Had room with 2 queen beds for children and it was bit too tight squeeze. However, it was last minute booking with limited availability.Only negative was the heat in the carpark!

Location and front-desk service. Your staff were excellent and super helpful and knowledgeable.

The room had an unusual fishy smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom basin. The body soap in the shower was empty so we ended up having to use the shampoo! There were not enough UHT milk containers, or coffee sachets for a further cuppa in the morning (we had had one on arrival and a second in the evening). And it was difficult to make a cuppa as there was nowhere to put the wet rubbish other than in the rubbish container in the bathroom.

Shower was fantastic, good in house products.

paid parking was right under the building - small space to a park, only found out on departure that there was another area we could have used. room bedside lamp did not work, air con until is above door no where near main living area.

What a pleasant surprise - was a last minute booking and just slightly out of the main CBD that didnt initially come up on my searches. But so glad I found it. Service and facilities were outstanding I would definitely recommend and stay again. Location was an extra few minutes walk down Queens street to catch the ferry to Waiheke Island but totally worth it for value for money and better than most of the hotels closer to the waterfront! Another surprise was the flashbot robot that delivered my request for ice - amazing!

I was booked for two rooms with inter connecting door. This did not happen. Staff said we were upgrading to balcony rooms. We were not promised this. We were promised two rooms with inter connecting door.

Easy check-in; super friendly staff; offer of a taxi back to the airport much cheaper than we paid on the way in; the bed linen & bed were so comfortable & we loved the shower gel too! Great to have a little kettle; and finally we left our bags in safety - thank you all X

It’s a long walk into the city & up hill on the way back so get the bus right outside the door x

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice with a big shower.

Wish there was more room to plug all of your cords in for your devices.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully clean. We had a private balcony which was a nice extra. Even though the motel is in Queen street it was very quiet.

Location at top of steep hill quite a few blocks from centre of city so be aware. Although the website said there was parking, when we checked in there were no spaces available, no one had advised that we needed to book a spot.

The staff and location were absolutely the best parts of staying there

There was a door that separate 2 rooms, which was uncomfortable, we could hear everything was happening in other rooms and what the people were saying (and doing) I think they should mention that in any part and show pictures so the people at least can expect for that

The hill to get there from down town

Staff were exceptionally friendly and kind.Dinner was divine, we had room service from Lonestar, attached to the hotel. The TV was beautifully located, at eye level to the bed.

The room was really hot, curtains wide open, with sun blaring!! The air conditioner did not cut it in cooling the room down. No hand towels for drying hands.The fridge was not cold.I was injured, The room was a paraplegic room, but there was no shelf to sit on for the shower.
