Cleanliness, pleasant helpful staff, car parking, amenities, security, peaceful, close location to most needs, easy access.

All good.

The room was large, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The cleaning staff were very warm and friendly and did a great job of servicing the room every three days.

The hotel entrance is hard to find initially due to lack of signage.The building, lifts etc are a little grubby

Facilities, cleanliness and located near Massey University which is where we were working.

Limited options for eating out.

The location, the staff so friendly, the room was clean and adequate, the bed, big and comfy! Also accepted pets which we love love love!

The taste of the water (which is not your fault!) but be great to have fresh water in the room to have a drink and cuppa tea, as you can still taste the chlorine.

Nice and quite location but very close to some great food options and Westfield mall.

The staff were so accommodating we booked a 2bedroom unit and when we got there found out a lift to get to that side of the building was under maintenance because I had my medically complex child with us using the stairs wasn't an option the manager on at the time was lovely and gave us two interconnecting rooms which worked well for my family thanks so much

Great location for North Shore. Our two bedroom apartment was super spacious and had everything you need. Beds were comfy, easy parking.

The rooms didn’t get serviced daily I had to ask for towels milk and coffee

One of the lift was broken.. still not fixed from the first time we stayed there. Bathroom tap broken, flat trolley tyre

Modern room, fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, etc which suited my long term stay.Location in Albany worked well for me also as was close to the family home

Bed was amazing, room was very spacious, staff were friendly, quiet place to stay.

A tv in the bedroom would have made our stay perfect :D

No iron or ironing board. No extra blankets. Not enough milk or coffee.

There is never enough milk! 6 tiny containers only really does two hot drinks!

Staff were lovely

Kept getting mixed messages about having pets. Says pets allowed when I informed them I had my 3kg dog with me was emailed that would cost $60 a day extra and a whole list of rules but bc I had already paid I didn’t respond. When I got there no mention of it. Unnecessary stress.

Location good , parking great, comfy bed

Curtains didnt cover the windows so sun came through early morning. Cocroach found in kitchen!
