Shower broken. Door unit broken. Air con + tv broken. Blanket 1 only unclean. No dish wash. Light x 2 broken. Clothes left by others. Beds x old and no good. No bedside table. No SKY tv. Worst place I¿ve ever stayed. Permanent rentals there. Felt unsaf

It was fine. Simple comfy helpful stuff

Very convenient motel to go to downtown and the Airport.

Several ants were found.

Not one thing to recommend. Absolutely appalling experience. Loafers lodge waiting to happen again.

Incredibly bad. Poorly maintained infrastructure to the point of dangerous. No fire safety system in our room. Not clean. Horrible room. Horrible bed and bedding. Unsafe. Do not stay here.

It was fairly clean.

No hot water to shower. WiFi wasn’t the greatest.

Very run down building, kitchen consisted on a toaster fridge and jug, crammed into a small corner. Had to reach over the fridge to get to the toaster etc, no milk supplied, windows would not shut latches broken. Generally not fit for purpose.

The staff were amazing. The Fijian lady at reception Sala was friendly, accommodating and went out of her way. Owners are lovely too! The late check out was amazing.

Didn't have breakfast in, but location was pretty good.

Locks on the door was hard to operate and sliding door was hard to use .

Good for money,. Part from that staff are nice and cost was good ?

Needs a new tv and maybe fresh new look. I think a few more power points near the beds would also help.

Single bed in door ways of single units makes room very small. Shower needs repair though

The location was great for what we needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the rooms were surface clean but they smelt really gross and the property was really run down and didn’t look like photos

This motel was well below standard, filthy, and should not be on your booking list.I have photos to show the filthy condition.This Rayland motel doesn't even meet the building requirements to claim it is a motel.I will publish my photos & report this motel as well as the Ascot next to it. Im so Angry.No I did not speak to the man at the desk because these rooms dont ever get cleaned & I doubt whether he would listen

Reception lady Sala very welcoming , helpful and lovely deserves a pay rise or promotion

Not clean I spotted a insect on the wall

Price was very good. Shower great - hot and strong water pressure.

The cutlery was dirty.

The property was clean and a great location. Great having free parking this close to the city! The customer service was exceptional and efficient.

Very handy spot and easy to locate being a couple of minutes off the motorway and the lady at reception seemed very nice

One of the windows was stuck in a not quite shut position right above electrical outlets, another had broken glass, the first thing I noticed when stepping into the room was the vast amount of stains and smears of multiple random unknown liquids all over the walls and roof left uncleaned, next thing was the missing smoke alarm on the wall and then the stained and not so clean looking linen. Next problem was the ac unit was held together with tape and didn’t want to work and then the microwave began making short circuiting like noises when it began raining. When I went to take a shower and discovered some soiled underwear in an equally soiled towel a former guest had left under the sink it made me want to leave on the first of 2 nights which half of our group did

Ants, very dirty rooms, whole complex is untidy. Wouldn't stay again. Looks like the rooms have been used for living permit residents. Whole place needs a bulldozer.

Excellent management.

Had problem with shower, management responded quickly to resolve matter.

It was laocated close to where I was working

TV needs an upgrade screen kept cutting out

Staff were kind.

Cleanliness of room, paper thin walls, unexpected adjoining door with clear audio of next door having sex, photos were NOT anything like the room expected, claims of unlimited free wifi on TV, not applicable. Only 200mb of wifi, broken bathroom window (hazard) security deposit not clear on website.
