Two plates two bowls and one teaspoon available to use for five guests never again will I book this place.

Location

Not properly cleaned. Bathroom cabinet had items from previous guests, shelves are covered with black old dust. Room is small, has only one chair and a tiny closet. Kitchen is to be shared between 2 bedrooms, but it's so small, only one person can use it

Centre of CBDIt’s decent value if you’re on a tight budget. We booked last minute as there was nothing else on offer.

Smells quite bad. Luck of the draw with who you share a room with. We had a very loud man the room next door who was up into the early hours of the morning talking on his phone. Only 1 sad pillow. Very uncomfortable. The room we had let so much light in from the shared kitchen it was hard to sleep if someone was using it.

The receptionist was very helpful I much appreciated that, was briefed on places around me closest ATMs ect which was very helpful. Me and my son enjoyed our stay and would deffs stay again ? so cheap for a shared apartment room.

Room was tiny - no air - no fan - very uncomfortable. It's cheap but not cheerful

Location was great for going out clubbing! Perfect for just the one night! Would come back again!!

The hallways smelt funky and a little like pee?

This feels like a student halls of residence with rooms arranged in a two bedroom shared unit (or at least that's what we saw). The two bedrooms share a kitchen and bathroom. It's not grand, but it does everything you need it to do. It is an excellent location in easy walking distance of Sky Tower and the Marina. Be aware though that the wifi must be purchased separately. This seemed to come as a shock to a number of people. There is very limited parking, which you have to pay extra for, but be warned it is difficult to get in and out of, but nearby there is a multistorey car park (although more expensive).

Not so much "didn't like" but you should be aware that wifi requires additional on site payment and parking is difficult. You also need a holding deposit which seemed to catch some people out.

2 or maybe a 3 out of 10. 80 bucks more gives me a grand apartment across the road.

EVERYTHING. The staff were rude and obnoxious. It was VERY dirty and there was mold EVERYWHERE. The bed was disgusting as it was old and lumpy and the environment was overall bad. The bathroom was covered in mold and filth to the point I didn't even want to shower until I cleaned it myself

Yukky. Only stayed because it was too late to find somewhere else to stay. Very disappointing.

Smelled weird. Dirty apartment. Old food in freezer, dirty plate in microwave, mouldy kitchen and bathroom, dusty dirt and hair over floors, generally unclean environment. No TV, no Wifi

First room hadn’t been cleaned, second room was cleaned except the floor. Elevator is painfully slow. Up to 5 minutes waiting to get down from the 20th

While I only payed about 100 dollars for my 2 night stay, I had to pay 200 dollars as a deposit for the room. Which would have been fine if I got the money back after check out. But it tock them an entire 30 days to give me my 200 dollars back.

To be fair.. the facilities and the amenities almost perfect but it’s ruined it because of the stinky smell and dirty in some areas..

some of the things are very old and need to change to have a good impression of their new customer. Cleanliness is a must even the price is affordable.
