Sai Motels - Greenlane Auckland

Clean and convenient. Staff at reception so friendly and helpful.

The property is nice and simple and clean. The rooms were absolutely beautiful

Only problem was I wasn’t informed about the bond in advance but was sorted when I checked in

Friendly service. The room was modern and spacious enough

You can hear everything that happens in the hallway or the room next door. So much noise that it's impossible to sleep.

Good location with easy access to motorway. Clean, tidy and well maintained.

Booked this accommodation last minute as my flight back to my home city was cancelled. The rooms are wonderful and well equipped with everything you need! The bed was comfortable and I want to come back when I’m needing to stay in Auckland again. Also, my heavy bag was carried up the stairs by the wonderful and warm receptionist. She was so gracious and didn’t hesitate. Appreciated her service and won’t forget her efforts!

Nothing!

Clean rooms, great shower and comfortable bed

The neighbouring guests were very noisy with loud music, yelling and shrieking in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate this was not the fault of the motel.

New built , bathroom is spacious , was missing gas top it would be more convenient .

Close proximity to the centre and private parking

Wasn’t clean (poorly vacuumed and bins had not been emptied)Had provided only 2 towels for 3 guests, only 1 roll of used toilet tissue Tea and coffee tray / organiser had not topped up

Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation great value for money! Staff were more than happy to help. 10 mins walk to train station.

Close to a busy road but was fine as not a light sleeper.

Disappointing

I had an interview connecting room..I could hear people snoring and belching

Great location tastefully renovated inside nice big bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Spacious bathroom bench and also kitchen area/bench.

Our room had the fish plate metal staircase right outside the front door which we could hear people coming and going throughout the night. The exterior door didn’t fit the frame so a gap around the door. The aircon had a constant rattle that was enough to be irritating. No smart TV with Netflix etc.

Free off street parking, modernized rooms

I think my toilet was leaking

The receptionist was lovely. Very clean room. Good location just off the motorway.

Modern, clean, great location

Cheerful receptionist. Clean room. Outstanding lighting fixtures.

Nice clean room, comfy bed and aircon is nice and cold.

Need to improve sound proof.

The room was recently renovated- it was exactly as pictured. All parts of the room were new. The bathroom was also very spacious and modern. The room included AC which was already on prior to entering the room— adding onto the experience! Overall a great place to stay. Great location too. They also offer free WiFi and housekeeping for my 2 night stay.

Nothing major except I wasn’t aware about the bond & also the TV doesn’t offer Netflix/Smart TV.

The room was perfect. It was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The toilet and shower was very clean too and big. Great facility ☺️

Maybe provide more than one toilet paper especially for two people

It felt very safe, the rooms were exactly as advertised so tidy and home like. The staff were amazing and helpful

Room was really clean and modern

Bed wasn't that comfy, I couldn't find a bin and you could hear the conversation and everything going on in the room next to me
