The appartment was nice and clean. It’s located 15min from city center. You have convenience store right next to the main entrance and there are also some fast food places close to the building.

The shower and the bed was very soft

Close to the CBD the two rooms each with an ensuite.

No airconditioning...fans are not good enough for NZ.. I honestly thought it would have had air con. I guess my fault , should have checked.That's the only reason it didn't meet my expectations. Otherwise very good.

2 beds and 2 bathrooms

Floor felt disgusting. Receptionist told us our room was 1112, twice and it was 1208. That made the elevator real fun as it was card activated. No fans in one of the bathrooms. No TV in one of the rooms. No parking. Had to pay to park and it was a third the cost of the room to park. Pay the extra money and get a better place to stay with parking and in a better part of town. And to top it off the shower was meh. At least if you are going to torture me, give a hot shower.

The accommodation is located in the middle of AUT (Auckland University of Technology) urban campus. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The photos are not accurate - they make the property look bright and spacious. The apartments are VERY basic and a little gloomy. Control knobs were removed from radiators so no way to heat the place. Also, the reception is not open 24/7.

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Bed was excellent.

Parking was an issue for us. Our group had two vehicles. Be careful of pricing when using public parking.

It was a bit of a hike back up the hill to get to the apartments from Queen St. Very close to AUT. The Elevator was a bit dodgy but the room was nice and clean and comfortable. There is no air con, just a heater and a fan.

I noticed it was cheaper if you booked closer to the time. I booked well in advance and paid $260 for one night then looked online and saw the same room available for $144 a few days before

The room was well appointed with two seperate beds and two separate showers. The beds were comfortable the room was quiet (mainly, there was a little road noise) but it is in the centre of a big city. Being located in the centre of a university town the food choice was incredible. Access to various entertainment and cultural activities was on the doorstep and we found a street at the rear of the property where we could park for free after 6pm until 08:00am.

The room was part of a tower block which took a little finding because I was not expecting a tower block. Also the Road layout was unusual as I was driving a hire car and relying on SatNav.

Bed a bit small in one room (Not a queen size)

It felt safe with key card entry at the front door. The staff were very friendly and helped me in a timely manner. It is very close to the city and you cannot hear a lot of road noise at night.

The rooms were very hot due to no air conditioning. There were 3 fans which helped but the rooms got quite unbearably hot at times. The wifi worked well on my phone and laptop but the TV was very slow and glitchy.

Beds were great. One was a double with an extra firm mattress. Other had a softer mattress and we should have used that one. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Low toilets, OK that is an age thing.

There was rubbish / drink can from previous customer under the bed and bedside table. I still haven’t been refunded the $200 and I think that taking money from customer account/ card is unnecessary, surely a credit card imprint is enough ( in case of extra payments required from that customer). I wouldn’t come back to this hotel for these two reasons.

The location is good but the building itself stinks, lots of homeless people at the entrance. When we first checked in they made a mistake in the room and gave us a horrible room that hadn't been cleaned and when we told the staff they immediately took care of it and gave us a small compensation. If someone is looking for something for a night in the city, there is cheap and good place.

Perfect location for our event - 10min walk to Akl Domain. Easy check in & check out. Clean & tidy roomWould prefer onsite parking but we used the parking building across the road and it was quite cheap - $12.00 overnight!

Shower door is broken. When out on the balcony we could see lots of rubbish on the ground floor awning - it looked gross. I wouldn't stay here for an extended period of time. We just used it to sleep really, as we were at an event at the Domain. Not really big enough to hang out in but it served its purpose. Bit of a dark area at night.

Location if you like or must stay central.

There is no AC, which is crazy considering all rooms facing the sunny south side. They heat up enormously and you can’t open a window at night, because of the busy street. Construction noise in the middle of the night in CBD. We were lucky enough to manage to change the room after a terrible night to a corner room which wasn’t that hot, but still noisy. To avoid during summer season.
