Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel

Good location, nice bed, big rooms

Very plain decor, room didn't get cleaned

It is located in the central area, after inquiring the change of room the first mgr was not helpful, the oven did not work and the night mgr was so nice and change us to another room with a great view to the Sky Tower so that improved my stayed.

The hotel room doesn't look as the pictures & it needs a lot of renovations, the carpet has a dust smell & is peeling in some areas. The doors and some walls needs some paint coat & the sofas & carpets needs to be change. Mgr Tessa was not helpful.

We appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in early and have a bit later check-out.

Front desk hostess was helpful but did not go out of her way to be friendly.

The only thing we appreciated was the receptionist who kindly gave us a charger and was polite,he helped me to connect to the wifi, that was almost impossible to connect.

This is not a 4.5 stars hotel at all! The parking garage is a nightmare to go in and out, and it costs! with regards to the room itself 1 start would be my best rating, rugs were filthy, ants in the kitchen, worn out furniture, no amenities

Location was great at the top of the CBD

Photos didn't show the true room, was very dark and dingy compared to the photos.

Thelocation was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the apartment style accommodation. It was walking distance to the University and CBD.

Staff were very approachable and willing to help. On-site parking is available for an extra fee. The rooms are reasonably large, and the location is good for getting around the city.

The staff were lovely. Nice to have a kitchenette and balcony.

I thought I had booked a 4star hotel, but this place is not much more than a college dorm. The furniture and carpet are old, smell, are stained and feel gross. The sheets are so bleached, which is terrible for your skin and the texture of them are rough.
