Parklane Motor Lodge

The staff were awesome. They were helpful, resourceful and nothing was any trouble. Even if you might think the request was difficult, they fouund a solution to our every need. We could not speak more highly of the staff and amenities. And quiet.

Would not change a thing about this hotel or our stay.

It was clean and tidy, good location, especially since I had to go to Greenland Hospital.

There was no Wifi offered

Great value for the location and price. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, room was clean.

Note that there are no elevators.

The room was filthy, hairs in the shower, taps busted and need replacing, no Sky Movies or Sport.pretty disappointed and won't be back

The motel is a little dated however it was centrally located for the business I was doing. The wifi was ok, it dropped out once. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. There was some disturbance in the evening, I was unsure if there are permanent residence residing there. I had very little contact with the Motel staff.

A little noisy one evening from other guests. WIFI dropped out during a business meeting - once only.

We were in Auckland to attend the caravan show at the Auckland Showgrounds so this motel was excellent for location as it was a short walk to the entrance gates and even shorter walk to many restaurants. We were most fortunate in being given a unit at the rear of the motel which was way back off the busy 4 lane road and so we heard no traffic noise at all. I also enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day after attending the show. Very friendly staff also who promptly attended to a flashing fluorescent light in the bathroom.

The motel was a little jaded and could have done with a spruce up and a bit of a jazz up around the pool area as well. Whoever painted the internal walls needs some lessons in using masking tape and achieving a tidy job.

Easy to find, great location, clean, friendly staff and good facilities.

Slightly dated but nothing that makes a difference to your stay

I like it had a stove and utensils aswell.

The bed wasn't comfortable felt It was 2 single beds together, no air-con but had a fan. The wifi wasn't great had problems connecting and the sky channels not working.

Informative and friendly staff (though limited in number. Closeness to a supermarket and some eateries.

I was disappointed that house-keeping amounts to only replacing towels and drink packets. Did not involve cleaning of utensils and pan. Also, there was only a frying pan but no pots. An oven toaster would have been a good compliment as I do not use Microwave for health reasons.

Location was really good and was located right next to Greenlane hospital. Easy enough to find. Our room was so awesome. It had a glass roof and spa bath and for the price was great value. Me and my partner was really happy with the room and it also included 2 balconys!

There was a slight issue with how thin the walls were. We were situated at the very top with only one other room besides us however we were only talking at a reasonable level and had the people next to us knock on our door to say keep it down. We really weren't being loud and it was only 9pm. Would hate to think what they would here if there were other activities happening :D

Very comfortable stay with comfy bed and great bathroom and shower. Would stay again.

Location to Race Course and Show Grounds. Large room with three balconies. Glass dome roof in bathroom. Air con amazing to cool room.Helpful staff who let me leave my car there the day I checked out. Cheap for room size but had everything, including a spa bath.

It was quite dated and the bed was quite hard.

Close to Greenlane Clinic, free parking on site.

No Sky TV as advertised, no hot tub or view as per description on Booking.com. Somebody opened the door twice during the night, luckily we had the chain on as there was no way to lock the door from the inside.

Pool

No aircon, and room was hot even with the fan provided. Kitchen hob wasn’t working.
