The location and the cleanliness.

It was located near busy street which was quite loud at times. The earplugs provided helped but I would have rather slept without them in.

Covered carparkAir con very noisy. Fan control didn't work.No coffee plunger.

Seats in lounge not comfortable.

The room was well located in Auckland and allowed for us to walk to some of the events. It had good parking available and a reasonable cost per day.

It was on the small size for the 2 of us but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The room was very hot and we ended up with the Aircon running to sleep at night.

Greeted by a friendly staff member, close to the train station, and the complex was clean

Reception staff were very courteous, helpful and welcoming.

Cafe downstairs was not open on weekends which we had hoped would be so we could grab breakfast in the mornings, was really surprised as thought business from hotel, particularly on weekends as well as the local university would provide business for it to be open.

i liked that it was quite and in a peaceful suburb and it was clean

Well appointed room and facilities, very clean, great location close to where we needed to be, handy car parking in building with EV charger available.

Key card stopped working on my last day and it was after reception closed so bit of a drama to get someone to assist after hours.

Sunny and spacious . Extremely welcoming and great service .The parking is also great.

Really central - clean modern and very well stocked. Room was small but fine for a couple and items available really well laid out with dishwasher and washer dryer !!!!Staff were very helpful and supportive.

It is expensive usually although good this weekend - no free parking but convenient paid parking

Clean, convenient, safe

Comfortable well equipped room, good value for money. I really liked the method of providing soap and hair products, no wasted plastic bottles! Shower was nice and spacious. Bed was comfy.Good to provide ear plugs as was noisy at night with people and traffic. Nice to have extras of washing machine and dryer available.

Small issues that didn't affect stay too much: broken hanger in wardrobe, hairdryer not working and nothing available on TV. Woken a few times during the night with noise from outside but to be expected for location. Curtains didn't fully fit the window so didn't completely block light.

We booked here as we were attending an event at the near by domain . This was perfect . Easy to locate hotel and easy access parking . The room was very comfortable and clean . Staff we meet with were lovely , special mention to the lovely lady who handled our check out. She was very helpful.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Room was super clean and spacious. There is paid secure parking however for the extra peace of mind, it was definitely worth it. Great location. Perfect to spend a weekend away.

My partner and I loved this apartment! It was small but had everything we needed and was well designed. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean! We didn’t realise we had access to the gym and spa next door which was a pleasant surprise when we found out. We visited it one afternoon and loved the outdoor rooftop pool and the spa area. The apartment plus the access to the spa/ gym we felt was incredible value for money! Would definitely stay again!
