It met our requirements as we hoped, good value, excellent staff.

The parking was not always available right outside.

Near from auckland center. Parking front the room.

The bed was somewhat comfortable

There was mold in the shower and in front of the fridge door, the toilet was blocked from prior people staying there, the bathroom water turned orange, the fridge-freezer was faulty, we were messed around with figuring out what room we could or could not go to, we were given unacceptable and disgusting solutions to our blocked toilet problem, there was no fire alarm in the room until we had to go and request one, refund refused to be given, we were pretty much blamed for every problem we brought to the staff and even in the email we sent to management.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, good curtains for blocking light, friendly staff, allowed a later check-out time; good refrig., good wifi, good hot water and water pressure.

There was a little bit of a mold smell in the bathroom, although there was no visible mold whatsoever.

The unit was very clean , good facilities, location and bus service available to cbd

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Alina (?) was great and allowed me to have an extended check out time which I really appreciated. Room was clean and tidy, had everything I needed. Good tv, wifi and quiet too. Good parking as well and close to shopping areas.

The window in the bathroom did not close properly. It said garden view which is only a plant in front of the window. And then behind of it there is the parking lot.The dryer was broken, but no sign said it, so i had to take my clothes wet to the airplane… i was at least offered a hanger for the night. Thanks

Great location for my needs

Great location for what we needed, bed was comfy enough, pillows were excellent, water pressure in the shower was excellent. Overall a good little unit for one night.

It was clean enough, but could have done with a deep clean. The advert says fully refurbished which may have been overstating it a little. For the price was a great place to stay though.

The unit was comfortable and clean, but an older unit. The staff were extremely accommodating and let us check in early which was appreciated and it was great to have air con in a unit of rhat age.

It could have used some maintenance

It was very easy to check in. The room had all the basic necessities you need. The bedding and room was reasonably tidy.

The bath/shower was quite high to step into, it was fine for me but if you have mobility issues you might struggle.

Very convenient location, unit was very clean. Reception staff excellent. Parking very convenient.

The room was very spacious and fit our family of 5 very well. There were recent renovations and we were very comfortable. Great value for money.

Location was good for us for what we were doing.

The kitchen was a little small. The wifi was not greatest. The hot was to hot had to watch not to get burnt.

Room was clean and comfortable, not huge but great for one, or two close friends! Location was good, better if you had a car but public transport buses passed regularly from outside the front entrance. Easy access to the airport also, just two well co-ordinated buses. Excellent shopping 15 min walk away. Nice local walks to get great views of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly. For a relatively cheap price this was value for money. Nice simple laundry facilities and even an ironing board!

Nothing really. The sink in the bathroom was cracked but I am sure that will be dealt with shortly.

The room was clean, beds very comfortable, staff friendly. Motel very conveniently placed, almost outside motel.Price very reasonable.

The room was very clean and had been modernised. My second stay.

Aircon wouldn't work in my twin room.Plus some blinds on the back windows would be great as too much light comes from next door.

The price is good, the staff was excelent and the room was excelent
