The studio room was perfect, it had everything required fro an overnight stay.

The dishwasher and extractor fan were not working

The room on the first night was at street level and very noisy. However, when I sought a more quiet room, staff were very helpful - moving my luggage and the room on the second night was excellent

Price was adfordable and rooms were pretty good

Filthy shower (black mold), the fridge warmed my food, the mirror had thick film and mold, mold in washing machine, stunk or dope in the corridor - disgusting

Pretty good location just about 20 minutes from the harbor. Has everything you need including a washing machine - although we had a hard time working out how to use it!

There were some hairs in the shower and on the floor when we arrived. Otherwise it seemed clean.

The location is great. So were the staff.Fairly well appointed.

It could do with a refresh. Kitchen area was tired.Overall the cleanliness was not up to scratch, probably the cleaning staff need more pay!

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! ANYONE CAN ACCESS YOUR ROOM!

I am writing this review to warn other guests about a major security failure at this hotel and the management's complete lack of response.On the morning of our checkout, at approximately 9:56 AM, another guest used his own key card to open our occupied room door without warning. I was in the living area and completely naked when he entered. This was a profound violation of our privacy and safety.The hotel's response was just as alarming. The front desk staff offered only a hollow apology and stated they could "do nothing" and could not access CCTV. They took our details and promised a manager would contact us. Five days later, no one has. This silence is unacceptable.This incident proves the hotel’s key card system is fundamentally broken, allowing random access to occupied rooms. Your security and privacy are not guaranteed here. Given that 81% of travelers read reviews before booking, I feel obligated to share this. I would never stay here again and caution others to avoid this risk.

This place was beyond our expectations!! Great location, 2 blocks from buses, walked to the harbor, excellent beds, quiet at night, security, safe location for 2 women travelling, near the Sky Tower and upscale hotels. Staff was helpful, accommodating and also stored our luggage. Screaming deal!! The highlight of our trip was the Illuminated Glow Worms! Contact Kate Weatherall <[email protected]> She is amazing and takes small groups out into the forest for this tour, passionate and so knowledgeable. ☺️

Absolutely nothing!

Super friendly staff and great location

Really dirty, moldy, uncomfortable beds. Pretty sure I got sick because of either the mold in the shower or the unclean vents.It's like they gave this room the landlord special and just tried painting over the problems

Spacious. Kitchenette was well stocked. Washing machine was a plus.

Maintenance could be a little better.

Its the cleanliness which turns me off. As you enter the room you would smell a very funky smell.

Apartment is well-located, near SkyCity and shopping areas. It is well-equipped with the living area is quite spacious. However, the bedrooms are quite small. The hotel sign can be more easily seen if the words are darker (not yellow) against the white blackground. Overall, a good experience.

Fantastic stay! The location can't be beat, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Great value and a wonderful overall experience—highly recommend!

Good location. Quiet and clean rooms. Easy to check in.

Some items in room did not function properly and some broken fixtures in bathroom

The location both times I stayed proved to be walkable to restaurants and the library. Also made it easy to find my way back after exploring futher afield. The staff were extra-ordinarily helpful when the facilities failed to offer me laundry choices. I chose to stay the second time because of the experiences I had with several members of the staff. So helpful and caring.

The second stay included a noisey fan that couldn't be fixed and no way to have a comfortable temperature for sleeping (cold.) Also the phone in the room didn't work so it wasn't easy to contact the front desk.

The bed is really comfy. The location is convenient to get food, groceries.

Very strong deodoriser/detergent in the public area gives me headache and sneezes. Room feels not clean or just not being maintained properly. Kitchen exhaust blows into my face when turning on and the warning sign about smoke and fine, didn't want to take any risk to cook despite having a kitchen is part of the reason I booked it. The pictures they have on the website are probably from very long time ago or just good photoshop.
