Great location, nice size room, good patio views

Amazing view of Auckland City and the Skytower from every window in the apartment. Very clean and tidy, great staff and service. Good size.

Excellent location with everything close by. The underground parking was very convenient, and the complimentary access to CityGym was a great bonus. We arrived early in the morning at 7am, and the front desk kindly granted us an early check-in, which was a fantastic gesture—especially for guests arriving on overnight flights—so we didn’t have to wait until 2pm while feeling exhausted.

The only downside was that the air conditioning was located only in the living room. The bedroom didn’t have its own A/C, so we had to sleep with the door open to stay cool. This wasn’t ideal, especially if one person wanted to rest early while another stayed up in the living room with the TV and lights on.

Room was clean, tidy and quiet

Very well appointed and the washer and dryer in the unit (with soap!) was lovely. The knives actually had an edge -- a rarity in stays with kitchens.

The street noise from my unit (low and facing the street) was annoying. Traffic until late and someone singing at 3:00 am was less than stellar. Book a room from x01-x05 and be on the non-street facing side, and it'll be much better.

Has everything you need in your room including washer and dryer and a little kitchenette! Comfy bed!

Close to a busy street which can get noisy and you have to book a parking spot beforehand as it can fill up.

Well fitted out apartment

My husband got trapped in the lift because he went without the key card.

Clean room with all the amenities and all the space we needed, location was nice with walking distance to sky tower and the harbour, plenty of restaurants and markets nearby

there is a club across the road that can be disturbing at a weekend night if your room is facing the street, if you need to sleep early you might need some earplugs

Water tasted like filter wasn't working, even after boiling jug could taste the chlorine. Only 4 coffee capsules for 4 people for 2 nights.

The property was beautiful and clean and had great fuse on the 16th floor

The facility is old, the bed springs loose, may need the replacement. The cleaning not really good, didn’t collect the rubbish every day, and didn’t provide the toiletries every day

Great space, amenities, and location.

Lovely people in reception. I appreciated the e-mail organisation of beds.

This is very petty but it would have been great to get more coffee pods on day 2.

We liked this Quest, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a few days. The fridge is not behind a cupboard which is great. There’s place in the bathroom to put stuff!Super handy to some great little restaurants, AK art gallery and shopping. Our room had a good view of the park below and the city.

Overhead cupboards in the kitchenette are a bit restrictive.

Great location, the apartment style equipped with many features I enjoyed using.

The kitchen area is too small to provide enough surface area for any cooking. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. When using the dryer, you need to turn on the bathroom vent in order to vent out the hot moisture from the dryer. The first I used the dryer and didn’t turn on the vent, the bathroom became a sauna. Would be nice to put a note on the dryer.

Great facilities for a the price, only complaint was the night time street noise but that is not unexpected considering the location

The views were lovely from west facing 12th floor. Location good, convenience store and takeaway food nearby. Car park $30 a day but we used the ferries and our feet to get around.

I would choose closer to the waterfront as this was up a hill and tiring after a day sightseeing.

Room was spacious and tidy. Liked the TimTam biscuits provided.
