Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there will be a 2% transaction fee when you pay with any credit card or any Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. An incidentals bond may be required. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. Please note when booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
