Airport Manor Inn

The room was clean! The hot beverage selection was nice. Everything was comfortable and in great condition.

Not easy to reach them. Email prior not reliable Phone busy, then someone picked up but sent to voicemail. No one called back so had to call again. Finally reached them. We had late checkin and not sure anyone would pick us up. A/C did not seem to work.

Lovely family room, kids were very happy with the loft bedroom. Everything was clean. We always stay here when arriving in NZ and have never had any issues.

It would have been nice to find a couple of cookies with the tea supplies when we got in late.

The location, the friendliness of the staff helping us, the parking was right in front of our door which made packing up convenient and easy, the spa tub was fabulous, bed was comfy and amenities were great.

Being that our flight didnʻt leave until 11:30 pm, we booked another nights stay so that we would be able to rest and shower up before our flight. When we asked the price per hour, it turned out that it was cheaper to pay for another night whether than hourly. The additional cost was $20.00/hr where as another night was $197.00. Had we paid per hour it wouldʻve been $220.00. Also, if we wanted to check in early, it wouldʻve been $40.00. I supposed thatʻs how it goes but at our previous stays in Raglan and Tairua, we were able to check in earlier than 2:00 (we arrived early and just wanted to see if checking in early were possible and it was, our rooms were ready when we arrived at our destinations before 2), free of charge. Other than that, just know before you go, the place and staff were great.

Staff were very nice , they offer a free pick up from the airport, shower was nice

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the tv had poor signals , they offered on their site that they would drive to the airport for a $10 charge but they asked for $15 - they need to update that

Great location: AKL just ten or fewer minutes away. Friendly, helpful staff. Large, modern bathroom. On-site laundry room -- a real life-saver in our case.

Not many dining options nearby, which is difficult if you're not driving a car.

Clean, friendly proprietors, proximate to airport and public transportation, courtesy airport pickups, very close to my car rental, and very easy to on motorway to travel

Very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy with nice sheets. Shower was great. Very convenient to airport and Park n Ride. Staff were helpful.

Even though it says it has a kitchenette, while there were 2 elements for cooking, there were no pots, pans, or utensils. So come prepared with these if you like to eat your own food and not buy takeaways.

The bathroom was amazing. Larger than expected and exceptionally clean. The small kitchenette was well equipped.

The window would not lock open, and was banging most of the night, until we realised what was happening and closed it. This seemed to be a common problem as we could hear other windows doing the same thing.The pillows could have been softer.

Handy very convenient shuttle but there is a small charge.

Shower over spa bath a bit odd and difficult controls on shower.

Airport shuttle was great and right on time!! especially with getting there on time because if the location of the manor in to the airport

Staff rude, no wifi , no room service! even though says online room service available but the staff said there is no kitchen on site so they do no food!

Initially very friendly interaction with owner. All went smoothly. But we requested our shuttle to the airport a little earlier than he wanted to take us, to be on the safe side, and he pretty much didn't want to budge. So we ended up driving to the airport ourselves and using Park and Ride. A bit stressful. And the shuttle was not free- $10.The decor needs updating.

The noise.close to a big intersection.it would be worth installing double glazing.

It was a nice spacious room and bathroom and the proximity to the airport was really good. The lady that checked me in was super lovely and friendly as well.

The front door had a gap in it when closed which didn’t help with the noise as all hours of the day and night there was loud music being played and people having domestics. I know the noise is beyond the hotels control but providing double glazing and a door that seals shut would help with noise levels. My room was serviced and they removed a face cloth and the soap from the room but didn’t replace them which was odd as I was there for another night so I had to use the body wash as hand soap to wash my hands. They supplied two basic pillows on the bed but there weren’t any additional ones in the wardrobe which I normally would use.

digits on the combination lock were very difficult to read having suitable illumination over the key box would help

The Staff were very helpful and the service and shuttle to the airport was excellent. Comfortable beds and very clean .

There were no pans for cooking and we were not able to cook anything.
