other guest very noisy (at 2am!). Poor confort of bed. Tired matras... Very cheap furniture.

I liked the proximity to the airport and the pick up service considering that I was only in Aucklad overnight.

Due to roadwork outside, access to the hotel was a nightmare scenario. Multiple detours which led to nowhere.

Once we arrived we were told that the shuttle was fully booked, which defeated the purpose of the stay as we had to pay a lot to prebook taxis instead.

It is dated, but clean and tidy. It was close to the location we needed to go to. Good for a night's stay.

A little difficult to get in and out of at peak hour because it's on one of the main routes. If you're happy to just grab some sleep overnight, it will be suitable for your stay.

Free airport shuttle and clean and perfectly adequate for a night pre airport. Close to car hire spot do we dropped the car and walked back to the motel!

Great location. Newly upgraded room very nice. Shuttle service helpful.

Noisy. Woken up people in next door unit smoking outside. Event until late at night in the hall next door, also very noisy.

Location was a bit further away from the airport than expected but the free shuttle bus service was great.

I was annoyed that after requesting a ground floor room back in July 2025 as my wife has mobility issues that I had to pay extra upon arrival for a ground floor room

How close it was to the airport

We had to ring twice to be picked up on the shuttle. We ended up waiting nearly an hour to be picked up. Also the guy who picked us up looked angry and like we had disturbed him, he didn’t help with the bags and putting them in the van. Lucky my husband was with us and lifted all our bags into and out of the van because the driver/reception guy was useless and couldn’t care less. Would not recommend this grotty motel

Closeness to airport. Clean room. Nice balcony.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. A little noisey if on the top floor with traffic and gym next door. For the price was ok.

This is a comfortable and convenient hotel and great value with free parking optionsThe staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect!! Very friendly stuff and the shuttle "bus" ,van very handy.

Only thing is don't forget to having an earplugs .

The overall appearance of the motel was run down and quite shabby. The room was booked for 4 people but there were only 3 beds, a foldout bed was brought up to the room and set up but when it was used it was found to be broken.

Only one card per room, room stunk, towels were not properly cleaned or checked in room, had excrement remains all over! Even new ones given by cleaner following day were soiled and showed them and apologised. U have to have NZ simcard to call shuttle bus otherwise u r stuck. Not good value for money at all. I wud not recommend it!
