- Great services from the staff members The hotel accommodates to our special request for daily housekeeping
- The hotel is beautiful and clean located very close to the Hakata station. Hotel staff can communicate in english and very helpful. There are facility such as a microwave machine, ice machine, and laundry machine which is free of charge. (You can buy a detergent at the front desk in a reasonable price.)
Cons -
- Breakfast buffet could be better as it is lack of varieties.
- Pajamas change every 3 days is a bit long time for me.
