- The big bath tub and the location is great. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
- Location is great...great for folks with luggage cuz it's got an elevator just outside of the hotel that will take you down to the station!

- The lobby staff. Check in is all automated and the staff that is standing around to "help" wasn't too friendly. Room is VERY small.
- The elevators took a long time during peak times, but they did have staff helping expedite
- The bed is a little dirty like they dont replaced the pillow case and sheets
