- It's in a great location next to Umeda, the city's center. It is easily connected to the subway station right in front, however, be aware of no elevator nearby. The rooms were super tiny but clean and well-prepared with amenities.
- Hotel had a view of the city and was located in a quiet area.
- Good location, friendly staff
Cons -
- The air conditioning was awful. It's set for heating only while outside was over 23? and the room was so hot. I called the front but they couldn't do anything. I had to open up the window while I was there and couldn't sleep well because of the heat.
- Hotel is mainly geared to business travelers I believe, it is not near shopping or have many restaurant options nearby. To get to any Osaka tourist destinations, you have to take the subway and most likely transfer which adds time to your day.
- Cleaning only happens every third day. But an amenity kit was provided.

Located beside a metro station.
The room was very small. Curtains were burnt and seemed dirty.
