- The place is neat and complete in amenities.
- Hotel is excellently located within Azabu-Juban and a short 5 min walk from the metro station. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke functional English. Lobby features a free drink vending machine ( in little cups) with an assortment of cold and hot beverages. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese business size and had comfortable mattresses and duvets with complimentary TV on-demand services (Japanese language only). Hotel also features a selection of pillows and a device to match your head with the pillow in the lobby which was neat.
Cons -
- The bathroom
- No major complaints, just a few little things. Room had a newer air conditioning unit but it seemed to go into an ECO or standby mode at times ( would recirculate but not cool), so you would have to coax it back to life with a push of a button on the remote. Not a big issue, but as it was 28 degrees Celsius at night I'd wake up at 3 or 4 am and found it become a bit uncomfortably warm and would have to "beep" the A/C back to life. Room was non-smoking but a faint historical cigarette smoke smell was noticeable at times.
