Best Western hotel Fino Tokyo Akasaka

So close to a train station and so many restaurants and stores close by! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were great and helpful.

The beds are amazing, the silence, the facilities and the location.

They just have one elevator.

Surrounding hotel has many good restaurants and eateries. 5 minutes walk to the subway which is well connected to the major lines within Tokyo. Check in and out is efficient and hotel staffs were helpful in making arrangements like calling taxi for us to airport. Thought small, but the rooms and toilets are well maintained and cleaned throughout our stay.

We took a double bed room. Kind of small but we expected it for city like Tokyo. Can be tight when shooping starts and you find having space constraints to put your shopping indulgence. Not suitable when you have kids staying in the same room, it will be too cramp. Good enough for solo or couple only.

We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but the location was great. We especially enjoyed that the station was within walking distance.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and hurt my neck.

Great location (close to a train station and numerous restaurants and cafes), affordable, great Wi-Fi, large TV, & comfy beds. We also loved the water purifier available. Having access to a microwave was also great.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it smells after you poop and doesn't go away.

The location is unbeatable, so easy to access the whole city and Akasaka itself has plenty to do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and typical for Tokyo.

No fan in the bathroom and some mold has started to appear on the ceiling of the room

It was in a good location--close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and a couple of train stations.

The room was underwhelming and small...we'd heard that Japanese hotel rooms are pretty small and difficult to open luggage in but the first hotel we stayed at far exceeded our expectations in that regard.

They do offer pajamas, toothbrushes, face, towels, hairbrushes, etc. There is also laundry, which came in handy.

The rooms are kind of small, but honestly, it’s not that big of a deal.

The hotel is in a prime location. There are so many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby with access to three different metro stops close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the property was cozy and clean.

We only stayed a few nights so it didn't bother us too much but the rooms are quite small. Big enough for one medium sized luggage per person. If you are staying longer than a few nights in Tokyo and need space, this would be a difficult stay for you. Overall, it's a good hotel in a nice location.
