Very helpful and friendly staff!! Very courteous and thoroughly explain all the questions we had and made sure we got the best experience!!

This is one of the best hotels located very close to Shimbashi Station. The room is spacious, feels brand new, and the bed is very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. Complimentary snacks, pastries, and coffee are available throughout the day, adding convenience and comfort. The hotel is also next to Donki, Lawson and FamilyMart, making it very convenient for buying souvenirs and carrying them back to the hotel on foot. Everything is well organized and thoughtfully prepared, making the overall stay excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Location is great! They have snacks all the time, wine and sake in the afternoon and evening. No need to buy food if one is dieting.

The bed was absolutely massive! The area is great and a close walk to the fish market. It’s a small hotel, but really enjoyed it and the staff were incredibly sweet

Everything was perfect, better than expected.

Every detail was thought of! So clean and nice. So many nice amenities like Dyson blow dryers, pajamas, slippers, bath salts, quality shampoo conditioner and soaps. The twin beds were 4 feet wide and the double beds were 8 feet wide! The breakfast was our favorite. Served to our door in a fun bento box with the best foods. We loved our stay.

Only thing we would have liked is a softer bed and larger pillows but that’s just our preference. The quality was very nice.

The check in process was so smooth and easy! Much easier than when in the states. The staff were wonderful. Spoke great English. Hotel was very quiet, very clean. I liked being a "premier" guest, so I got a wine card that enabled me to get two glasses of wine per night; and I had access to a special floor that had drinks/snacks. They have a small area next to the check in desk with drinks and light snacks which was nice also. I had a great view of the city, location was in a great area, right across from the train station which was convenient so I didn't have to lug my suitcases around. Linens were super cozy and so was the mattress. TV has Netflix capabilities, and even though I was in Japan, I was able to log into my US Netflix account :)

The fridge in the room never got "cold" it's more of a chiller. So you definitely couldn't keep perishable's in it, and, the drain plug for the bath tub wouldn't stay plugged. I never notified maintenance of the drain plug as I still had a shower, so I wasn't too worried. : )

Great location next to Main Street in GINZA, Family Mart and Don Quijote are a very short walk away. 4 min walk to Shimbashi station and subway. Friendly, helpful staff also spoke English. High quality appliances, very nice shower/bathroom

The entrance could have been more grand and noticeable. The breakfast could’ve been better in terms of choices.

Clean but not spotless clean, could improve a little on that. Everything else great!

location is brilliant. A few minutes walk from Shimbashi station which provides access to Ginza and JY lines.Snacks and beverages room next to the loby is full of surprises and can easily replace small breakfast or light dinner.

It is a little bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel in the first time as it resides in a one-way small street, and the sliding door to the entrance is somewhat hidden

Bed was very large but not very comfortable.

The rooms were of good size for Tokyo and the beds were to our liking. Also no noise from the outside (we were on higher floor). Shower was excellent and the separate toilet was welcomed. And then the most important, location location location, just perfect! The snack bar was great add on and made it easy to have morning tea before leaving the hotel for the day.

Hotels are rather expensive in Tokyo and as we need two rooms the price for one week was pretty high.

The room was great! The beds were comfortable and the perfect size. The bath/shower was amazing and the provided amenities (bath soaks, shampoo, conditioner, oil cleanser, facial cleanser) were so luxurious. The hotel was right next to a Don Quijote and Family Mart which made it convenient to grab small bites and items we needed throughout the stay. The free snacks provided in the lobby were perfect for quick meals throughout the day and we appreciated the free waters provided throughout our stay. Our view granted us a nice view of Ginza and the nearby shopping district.

May be a bit hard to find at first and sometimes had trouble getting back to hotel using maps due to back streets and building cut throughs. Nothing bad enough to deter someone from staying here!

Compared to last time, the cleanliness was somehow worse.. I mean the bedsheets and the smell in general..prices are a bit high based on the facilities provided

Affordable, modern and clean. High quality service. The staff and reception are polite and respond to good service. Check in and check out was quick.

Only miss is that it does not have a gym
