Hotel Intergate Tokyo Kyobashi

Super clean and new. Had a wonderful room with modern conveniences.

I enjoyed having complimentary coffee and smoothies in the morning, happy hour in the evening, and late night ochazuke (rice in soup) every day. It was also convenient having a konbini directly downstairs. Hotel staff were also very pleasant!

The room was small. It was difficult having two carry-on suitcases in there, even with it zipped up. It was also not as close to Tokyo Station as I'd like, and mostly for this reason, I would not book here again.

Quite nice room with all necessary amenities, the room had a view of the gingko lined avenues of Kyobashi. The location is stellar, 2 minutes from Kyobashi station on the Ginza line, 10 min walk to Tokyo station, and 10 minute walk to Ginza. Didnt opt for breakfast but the ground floor has a Family Mart which is very very convenient before leaving for exploration, odd hour cravings and late night cheat meals.

Room was a tad bit small although that is to be expected from a hotel in this area. With two checked baggages and two carry ons, there was barely any space to walk in the room.

Room was good and location was great as it was just minutes walk away from train station! Breakfast was alright but a bit expensive.

The food was delicious. I got to taste the Japanese culture in my food.

The beds could have been longer. There could have been a bigger table.

The location was amazing there were many close subway stations and also was walking distance to Tokyo station and Ginza district. The rooms were sufficient enough for Tokyo standards. I had a large suitcase and a cabin luggage, both can be opened in the room. It was super clean and bed was really comfy. The staff were also super helpful with every request. I stayed at the beginning and end of my Japan trip, in between I stayed in Osaka, they even kept my luggage for 3 days during those dates.

The breakfast was good every morning. Staff very polite and helpful.

Only 3 English TV channels were available. They were news channels. A bit disappointing.

The location. Convenience stores every corner, close to train station and subways, and shopping areas.

Small but well appointed room, clean. Loved the Chazuke on offer in the evening, Coffee in the AM. Convenient location to train station.

Staff was very helpful and competent, we had booked smoking rooms without checking and they did their best to change them to non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is very good and there are 2 different metro lines right under the hotel. We were so sastisfied with our stay we decided to go to this hotel again when we went back to Tokyo at the end of our trip instead of going to the other hotel we initially booked.

Check-in machines can be a bit frustrating to use and rooms are a bit small but the size is to be expected in japan.

Location is very convenient with multiple train stations nearby, especially Asakusa line which leads to both Narita and Haneda airports. Tokyo central station is within 15 minutes walking distance, from there you can get literally anywhere. At the ground floor there is Family Mart 24 hours open. At reception floor there are free shacks and drinks throughout the day. Rooms are clean and quiet.

High floor is a bit cold during winter months, there is a split system AC in room, but it dries air. 6th floor is much warmer than 17th, we stayed on both so we can compare.

Right beside Takaracho and Kyobashi station.Walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo station.Rooms were clean and big enough to have two open suitcases.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had nice variety. Located near the Tokyo station makes it very comfortable and easy to travel.

Bed was a bit small for us as we are rather tall.

I arrived early and able to enjoy breakfast from nearby conbini in lounge. They served tea and other beverages made to order. Staff set up my check-in so I didn't have to do much when 3pm arrived. They were kind to look after my bag until check-in time. Hotel alerted me to a gift exchange. The rules were appropriate, but the "no food" rule made it difficult. :) There are a number of stores nearby (Ginza). So it was somewhat easy to find one with all I needed. Exchanging gift with staff was easy. I received small souvenir christmas tree and tiny wooden fire horse. I gave two pokemon toys. I got a little worried when it got close to event ending and my gift was still there. But it was given to someone before the end.Room was nice. Exactly as stated in promotional materials. Bathroom was bigger than I expected and helpful. I am used to compact bathrooms.

My room had no view. Not a problem or inconvenience. I chose this hotel for its location. I wanted to be near to my destination. But I do like views of the bay and rivers.

Convenience store located on the ground level floor.

The lift always stops at the reception floor on the 2nd floor which can be annoying if you just want to go from your room to the exit and vice versa
