Short walk to train station and Tokyo station. Amenities in the lobby, coffee machine made very good coffee and hot chocolate, extra pillows available, and a large selection of manga. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Pretty standard room and bathroom in Tokyo.

The location worked well for us. It is very near the Kanda JR station, and walkable to Tokyo main station and the Imperial Palace. The room was clean with sheets, towels, robes and bottles of water provided daily. The staff were friendly and helpful even in English. Access to outlets was better than most hotels I've stayed in.

The room was simply too small for two adults. We expected a tight bathroom, which was fully usable once you got used to it, but the room was too small for the size bed. The bed for two was pushed against one wall, making it difficult to access. Sleeping similarly caused one person to "hit" the wall. There was almost no storage, and you couldn't access under the bed to get your bag out of the way. After a day of rain the hotel changed from cooling to heating. Even though there is an individual unit in our room we could not change it and the heating had left the room unbearable. With help from the front desk we were able to turn it off and open the window which we needed to leave open all night to cool down. Facilities are limited to vending machines, self-laundry and a coffee machine that does not have a hot water option making you boil water in your room to use with the tea provided.

Overall, an excellent stay. The location was ideal—convenient to everything I needed. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the amenities added an extra touch to the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would happily stay here again.

The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, the air conditioning didn’t function as expected, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Tosei Hotel Cocone Kanda is 150m away from JR Kanda Train station, you can walk to Tokyo Train Station in 20 min, the centre of Tokyo is reachable even by walking 20 min. There is an abundance of restaurants & taxis in Kanda, there is a gym close to the hotel, and my favourite steak house was 200m away. The staff were so helpful with everything I needed, the hotel is clean & well-ordered. I rebooked 1 more day after my very enjoyable week.
