Pros +
- Location, the perks, the lounge with coffee/tea snacks and microwave open for all guests and the friendly staff
- This is a clean, no-frills, self-service style hotel ideal for short-term stays. I needed to be close to Tokyo station and this hotel is a decent option with slightly larger rooms than most other Tokyo hotels.
- The staff were very friendly. Short walk from Tokyo Station. The room is very clean and we were upgraded into a big room with a huge tv. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable considering we were traveling with a toddler and infant. Definite be booking again on our next Tokyo trip.
Cons -
- The breakfast did not look appetizing and I was relieved I didn't prepay for it. There are plenty of other breakfast spots within walking distance.
- The rooms are small. The lobby is very tight for breakfast without a lot of healthier options. The windows don't crack for airflow, so the rooms were stuffy even with the air on. The time cutoff on the airport luggage delivery seemed more restrictive than helpful.

Close to train station, 7-Eleven, restaurants and shopping.
Great location. Breakfast was ok. Checkout was very easy and fast.

Close to Tokyo station, amazing facilities, nice treats at the loby

Location with this price is the best!
There were fewer room selection options on the Booking.com platform compared to other platforms. At the time of booking, only a three–twin-bed room was available, but we later discovered that two–twin-bed rooms were available on other platforms.
Breakfast was yummy, the same every day with a little variety. Loved the snacks! And all of the drink options.SUPER impressed by the staff’s willingness to help! A manager (?) helped us navigate buying train tickets for a good thirty minutes, and we were so grateful for the help! Love that we can leave our luggage before and after check in! So convenient. And that the luggage was already in the room once it was ready!
The beds weren’t what we are used to, so sleep wasn’t great, but we understand that is hard to get right for every person!
The room was so authentic and Japanese and pretty spacious
I wish they had a better options for breakfast
The service is very good. The food at breakfast is better than I expected. The rooms were pretty good, but the bathroom lacked space between the toilet and shower, a tight fit for big people.
I'm glad they had laundry machines, but there were not enough of them. The clothes didn't dry that well in their machines.
Clean, well-designed room with location ideal for Tokyo Station. We loved the pajamas and enjoyed breakfast.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo. It was a family plan and the location was perfect. Super friendly staff. Amazing amenities and service.
All good, can’t complain about anything
Stayed here just for one night on our way out of Japan. Excellent location, next to Tokyo station and Nihonbashi metro. Free pantry (10 am to 8 pm) offering non-alcoholic drinks and tea/coffee which is super convenient. They allowed us to store bags on after check out which was super helpful. Staff is very friendly and they offer free toiletries.
Check in and out is via self-serve kiosk which didn't work on both occasions. So staff had to help.
The bed and pjs were so comfy, rooms are well isolated, I slept like a baby.
Its location: excellent, the friendliness of the staff. Consistent. The many extras: snacks and drinks from 10am-12 mn, daily cleaning of the room albeit simple, hot shower always ready. Breakfast substantial.
The room had windows but it faced a black wall.
This is one of the few hotels in Japan with connecting rooms. We are traveling with a family of 4 (2 teens) and wanted beds for each person with out having to be on separate floors. It was great that we were able to do this and have connecting rooms. The location is great if you are looking to be close to Tokyo station. It made getting around and too and from the airport super easy and efficient. The area is actually fairly quiet and the beds are comfortable.
The showers are small if you are used to the US big showers. The breakfast is simple and the coffee is good, but we prefer the 7-11 breakfast in general.
Near Tokyo station and have many restaurants nearby. You can pack breakfast for take away.
Great hotel
Rooms and bathrooms are a little small, but the food and service was very very good. It was perfect for us as we needed a place near Tokyo station where we could sleep and do laundry. Staff is super helpful. They even had umbrellas for us to borrow. Breakfast is a must here.
Nothing not to like.
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Very close to Tokyo Station. Its a great location to start or end a trip. So many great food options in the area
Breakfast was below par from the other 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip. We ended up going out. I dont recall what the extra we paid for the breakfast but would skip that next time. we were told in check in that we got upgraded to a larger room, curious how it could be smaller than what we got.
