    Pros +

    • The location is very convenient and the hotel is clean.
    • So convenient, in a great neighborhood. Right across the street from the subway train station. Two rooms for 3 people worked perfectly! Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Great staff who were very attentive and accommodating.
    • The hotel was so close to the station, like prob 15 steps. That was the best.

    Cons -

    • Very small room for 2 people. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Communication system is very bad as they don’t understand English.
    • Rooms are small but other amenities were all great.
    • The place is really not suitable for a couple. It is very VERY small. For the same price you can also book an airbnb that is bigger just not in the area. You pay a premium for the location.

Great location, very good service, reception was very helpful, especially after our luggage got delayed at the airport, they coordinated the delivery and it went off without a hitch without us having to worry about it. The room was just right.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Secure area with someone at front desk. Can't take the elevator without room key.

It was right next to a train station, the room was clean and had enough room, the shower and all bathroom facilities worked great and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

The hotel is really well located, 100m from a metro station that has one of the lines that pass through most of the most visited places in Tokyo (e.g., shibuya and ueno). The staff is amazing and the hold the luggage before and after checkout.

The bathroom is really small even compared with other small hotels I was in Japan.

Location was excellent, helpful front desk staff for easy check in and out

    Stains on sheets

Great location, just across a station's exit with an elevator. Staff were welcoming and helpful, able to converse in english. Room is pretty big for 1 person compared to other hotels.

Bathroom can be quite cramped if you are tall.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, train station is right in front and convenience stores are around the corner. Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. My room had very tinny window in my room though and it is a very basic hotel, no bells and whistles. However, I was there to explore Tokyo and not spend time in the hotel so it was perfect.

The hallways were very tiny, so it was hard to manouver between room and elevator with luggage.

The room and toilet was clean and the location was good. But:

It is not acceptable to just half wrap a duvet in a sheet and having it exposed. I don’t want to sleep in other people’s sweat, farts and leftovers! The room was tiny but manageable. The room was super noisy and you absolutely need earplugs to get any sleep. Even on 11th floor!I have no clue how some reviewers think this is the best hotel they have ever used. It is one of the worst I have used!

Comfy and clean room! Very friendly staff! And great location for conveniently reaching all of Tokyo by metro. I was very happy with the two weeks I stayed there.

Their laundry facilities are a two minute walk away, and the washing machine is strange. The staff was very helpful though.

Perfect location. Right beside the tameike-sanno exit #11. Quiet area, but very close to Akasaka shops. Perfect for solo travellers or businessmen. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast service

    8RoaldPosted on: 12-26-2024

Located right next to an underground station where three lines pass by, this hotel is simple but good and clean. There are a few (but not many) restaurants very close by, too. There is one breakfast place across the road (10 second walk), and there is a Starbucks a little further down (1 min).

The bathroom was small but very good, although the toilet made for a somewhat cramped experience: a very tall person (2m) would not be able to use it at all. The pillows were slightly too bulky; neither of those provided was really comfortable. The carpet was rather tatami mat-like rough.

good location near the train station

wifi was not easily connected, but after connected it was fine.

    Great location and helpful staff.

    Small bathroom.

The location was great for my needs. Very close to Tameike-sanno Metro station and easy to get to Tokyo or Shinagawa Stations. Off the main road so was quiet for a busy location. The room was a very good size for a budget hotel in Tokyo.

Very limited public space. Not a major problem but the lobby and reception are tiny and so is the only public toilet. Would have liked to see a 'cast system' on the TV so I could watch videos or news cast from my phone.

Fantastic location for exploring Tokyo! This place is right next to the metro and Ginza line, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We could reach key areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa with ease, and the proximity to the metro saved us so much time.

The room was a bit on the small side, but we knew that before booking, so no complaints at all—it’s typical for Tokyo and worked good for us.
