Pros +
- Location: smack dab in the middle of Shinjuku Ni-Chome and close/walkable to both Shinjuku Gyoemmae and San Chome Stations. Friendly housekeeping staff. Room and hotel were clean.
- The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access all the key attractions. Despite being so well-located, the prices are incredibly affordable, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the comfortable setup made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining such a welcoming and cozy environment.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of convenience, affordability, and comfort. I would definitely stay here again!
- Located in the gay district, not far from metro station and with tons of bars and restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly.
Cons -
- Location: Due to closeness of buildings, you can hear patrons of other bars across the street till the wee hours of the night. However, most nights i was out most times anyways; it just startled me how clearly you can hear their voices and laughter.
- There are a few areas that could use improvement. During weekends and late hours, the noise levels can be quite noticeable, which might disturb those looking for a quieter experience. Additionally, there was sometime a noticeable smell of smoke during the night, which was unpleasant.Another aspect to consider is the key system. The use of an old-style physical key that needs to be dropped off every time you leave can be inconvenient, especially for guests used to more modern access systems.I hope these points can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
- The room was creepy in a way and smelled very bad.

The room was creepy in a way and smelled very bad.
Small room but had a window and everything I needed
I have big feet and the slippers never fit. A couple of furniture items don’t need to be in the room. Coat rack, small stool, basket of towels/robes.
I loved my 5th floor room. The finishes were a bit over the top but the AC was great and the staff showed me how to use it. (Japanese language buttons) I had a window I could open, or close and cover which a door that blended in with the wall treatment. I had occasional friends stop in to visit and that seemed perfectly fine.
The location was great and staff helpful.
The room rate by having a reservation was more than DOUBLE than if you just walked in off the street and rented a room.
Clean
Far too openly LGBTQ and hourly rates seems sleazy
WiFi very poor, rooms also sold by the hour, didn't effect stay
If you stay for more than one night don't expect your room to be serviced
The location was great. Nearby a happening street but down an alley.
The elevator opened to my floor and I was instantly hit by the smell of smoke. it wasn’t much better inside my room. I don’t recall seeing it was a smoking hotel so that was really disappointing. then there was no sheet on the box spring!
The room was clean. The staff were patient and curious using a translator device to communicate with me. They kindly held my luggage till check-in time.
The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, they gave me a room that was used for smoking. I arrived early with my luggage for drop off but late to check-in, so I assume they gave my booked room away to someone also not happy with the room. I could smell the smoke and there was a sign asking to not smoke on the bed. I asked at the front desk and they claimed it was a non smoking room. They couldn't change the room or do anything for me. I started to feel sick from the smell. I had to put carmex in my nose to block and mask the smell so I could sleep. The room was also on the first floor directly in front of the front desk. I could hear people at the desk and outside if I turned off the fan in the room. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. There were no electric outlets near the head of the bed open so I couldn't charge my phone while relaxing in bed.
Friendly staff. Thank you!
You will need to hand in the room key every time you leave.
The staff were amazing and super helpful. They made sure I had a very relaxing stay.
