    Pros +

    • Cheap price and great location
    • The hotel is in a great location. It¿s close to a train station and within walking distance from great shops and restaurants. And at the end of the night the hotel itself is very quiet, which makes it a great spot to come back to and relax.
    • Soaps, bed and bedding amazing. I've got bad allergies to everything, and yet I slept better than at home and had no hives. Staff excellent. Location great for Akihabara, and amazing ramen place just outside the hotel. Small rooms, but well laid-out.

    Cons -

    • Step up into bathroom
    • One elevator to service the entire building. If you are checking out that morning, you had better get to the ground floor 15-20min early. It took us that long to get from the 9th floor to the lobby. But this is the only time we had issues w the elevator.
    • Only one elevator on a 11 floors hotel, the room was really small, but manageable if people in there are well organized

Great location, minutes for Kanda station, surrounded by great eating locations, friendly and extremely helpful staff and all around great stay.

I liked the room over all, everything you would need for a comfortable night stay. the staff were helpful, bed was comfortable. Very close to the Kanda station which is a great access point for using JR lines.

Honestly, the location is a bit shady, as a woman travelling alone, there are times I felt unsafe in this area, there's a lot of drunk business men and girls bars. There is no laundry machine in the building for the customers to use. (only a paid laundry service but I don't feel comfortable giving my undergarments for them to clean for me) also no smoking room/area in this hotel which makes me unlikely to stay again. Smoking rules are very strict in this area and hardly any smoking areas. Only one elevator can be used which i also didn't love.

+ location was very close to Kanda JR and walkable to Akihabara area+ room was clean and well maintained

    - no coin laundry within the hotel- overall the hotel was very small with limited facilities but understandable given their prime location

Good Breakfast, Excellent Location with plenty of restaurants nearby with Akihabara & The Imperial Palace Within Easy Walking Distance. The staff was also welcoming.

Small room (with a good view though).

Great location close to Kanda station which is 1 stop from Tokyo Station. Rooms are quite small but well designed. A good value for Tokyo.

    Small space. 11m2

Close to a great 7-11 and staff were nice. Close to a station and near a lively area.

There was no A/C in the beginning of April so the evenings were toasty in the room.

The hotel is very close to Kanda station, room was small but well planned, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room’s window was facing the train tracks so that was a bit noisy. I arrived there with a bad leg pain and too early for early check in and just wished there was a restroom, lounge area where I could at least sit down for a minute but the reception is just the counter and elevator. That all being said, not a deal breaker at all.

It it was the perfect hotel for a solo traveler. I wanted something close to the Tokyo Station Shinkansen, and this was incredibly convenient. It’s right next to the subway station. I like that it’s not a touristy neighborhood, there’s a lot of just local people going about their days. Also, the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve literally ever slept in.

The room was small; I didn’t mind this at all since I was traveling solo and don’t mind cozy spaces, but if you like spacious rooms, this could be an issue

I don't know because my reservation was cancelled by the hotel two days prior to the booking date.

The hotel cancelled my booking because my credit card had a problem. I am level 3 genius membership of Booking.com. The hotel should have given me a chance to solve the credit card problem. Anyway, it is fortunate that I found another better place with better price nearby this APA.

Close to train station, restaurants, convenience stores and Imperial Palace!

    Room was a bit small

    8AnnaPosted on: 5-1-2025

Nice stay, centrally located hotel close to many bars and restaurants, walking distance from Akihabara and well connected with other parts of the city like Shibuya. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but the layout was efficient and we felt comfortable.

We like having the room temperature on the cooler side, but we could not bring the temperature in the room down even with the air conditioning on. We ended up shutting off the airco and keeping the windows open and would occasionally have noise from traffic coming through.

Free luggage storage, clean and tidy. Room pretty small, but within the norm for Tokyo. Within easy walking distance to Kanda station.
