Location is a bit further from nearest subway stop

Bath towels are smelly, bathroom is not clean, there are hairs on the bed from previous guest,dust on many surfaces.

Friendly front desk staff, access to laundry machines, cheap to upgrade the room, all non smoking rooms in the hotel.

the staff were all so very friendly and helpful the whole hotel was so clean at all times

the coffee at the restaurant could have been better but not really complaining, it was just average coffee not bad

This hotel provides really good breakfast with various different main courses that we can change it every day (we stay 5 nights in total)

Like other hotels in Tokyo, it is a bit too small for two person. And the sensor of power was not working well. The whole light shuted down while my mom was showering alone in the room.. a bit scary though.

The location was good. Easy access to several train lines and had a great view of the Tokyo tower from our room.

The daily housekeeping wasn’t the best. Basically they only made up the bed and replaced towels, nothing else in the room was freshened up- they kept leaving coffee cups out and didn’t always empty the trash, even if it was full.

Room and bathroom layout is awkward - and no privacy in the shower.

The tv casting did not work. The room lighting at the door area, was too dark. Either We leave the close door open to have better lighting or else it was too dark.

Honestly everything about this property was great! Comfortable beds and pillows, clean room, and really nice staff.

Clean and decent sized room with a great location and easy access to the train. Very walkable area- it was lively but not too busy or touristy.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations; the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was terrific, and the location was close to many places to enjoy the evenings. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a wonderful place to rest and enjoy all that Tokyo has to offer.

The location, the design of the building and interior, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail of the interior.

The rooms are a bit small but it is still very comfortable.
