Staff are great and the hotel is much higher standard than other Tokyo hotels for the price.

The pillows were a bit stiff and the bathroom layout and room lighting are a bit odd.

Located in a peaceful street with great restaurants selection. Appreciated the lounge too.

Scammed.

The hotel scammed me and charged my card an additional amount at the time of booking under a reserve transaction party to look like booking.com. I have all records and statements. As Booking is claiming payment not taken from them, they are investigating the case. There is no other option but to believe the hotel has done it fraudulently. I have provided all clear and legal bank documentation. I hope this is resolved but I would be weary about booking this online.

Had restaurant but the location was ideal for walking and places to eat.

Great location, super fun and hip rooftop bar and easy base.

The breakfast was good but western style but solid if that’s what you want.

Loved the ambiance, staff, location and comfort. Big rooms for Tokyo.

The location was nice and they had a free happy hour for guests in the downstairs bar.

Our window had a privacy tint applied which unfortunately meant we had no view of the outside. It made the room dark and felt even smaller than it truly was. Although the hotel was nice I would not stay there again because I did not like the lack of daylight in the room.

The happy hour was great, as well as the roof top bar. The location was exception: restaurants, bakeries, 2 pet stores with adorable kittens and puppies, transport.

The shower was great. The location was excellent too. Could of been better at offering taxi service.

We loved our stay in Azabujuban for our first visit to Tokyo. Our room was incredibly comfortable. The location worked well for us with easy access to all central Tokyo neighborhoods. We could even walk to Roppongi Hills and Azadubai including experiences like Mori Art Museum and teamLab Bordlerless. There are endless great restaurants nearby, including the best bowl of ramen we’ve ever had at Afuri. We loved getting coffee in the morning down the block at Steamer.

Nice neighbourhood, many choices for eating out.Not too far from the Metro line (exit 7, if u need elevator, you need to go a bit further).Nice hotel and room design.

Reception people were missing at time of check out. I rang the bell various times but nobody was present (while normally during the day there were always 2-3 people at least).

Great decor, happy hour ( free between 5-6) daily, rooms were spacious, separate toilet from the bathroom was excellent, great shower. Lovely bright room to have breakfast in, WiFi worked well.

The only negative was the prices of drinks at the rooftop bar, for me they were a bit too expensive $18 aid for a gin and tonic when you can buy a bottle for $13 seems a bit steep.

Super cute hotel! Rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a great lounge and rooftop bar. Very good restaurant options in the area.

Location is good

The bar sign clearly said that it's open until midnight, and we also double-checked the opening hours with the staff. When we got there at 23 looking forward to our drinks, it was already shut. There wasn't any big party going on. They just wanted to close earlier? A bit disappointing.

It’s modern interior design. Bar and pool table. Then you get to the rooftop bar that was exceptional. The bartender knew my drink without asking. Now that’s what I call the glass of god!

They provided me with so much, it would seen just nitpicking at this point.

Bad bad bad

Bad stuff no respect and bad impressions I had from all the stuff they do not know how to treat people same as in japan. I am really sad I will bever try this hotel again. Even when the cheackout they keep knocking the door no comfetable at all. I hope the manager can talk to his stuff regarding that.

The location is very nice and quiet, well connected and you have many places around including its own bars and restaurant where you can enjoy incredible breakfast and especially the coffee was amazing!The hotel was very nice, comfortable the staff was nice and the hotel looked very modern.
