Location and cleanliness

I added and extra night and it cost alot more then when I book the previous nights

The location is good. And price is relatively low.

Rooms were too old and worn.Bathroom was extremely basic. One tap for shower and sink! No closet. No room cleaning service.No drinking water. You could drink in lobby, but couldn’t fill bottle in lobby!!Towels are too old and used. They’re almost as thin as sheets.

Great location. Right in Ginza with access to shopping, restaurants and several subway lines

Walk straight down street to Ginza shopping area and much more. Walk the other way to Higashi-Ginza station. Ample space for 2 twin beds. Available amenities (pajamas, slippers, etc,), washer, dryer on 2nd floor. Can leave luggage with front desk after checkout.

There was staff that spoke English and even one Spanish speaking staff member that made things very easy for my wife who only speaks Spanish. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I didn't like that I had to leave!

Staff was helpful - they held our luggage before and after our stay. Laundry facilities were useful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Subway was a 7 min walk away. Tokyo station is closeby for easy commute to day trips. The room was a typical business hotel size but large enough to open two big suitcases and a carry-on.

The shower drain was blocked when we used it but they fixed it the next day. The bathroom had a weird drain smell the whole time. There were drink stains on the walls. You have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor for reception with no access to stairs. They didn’t give you a container for ice - you had to use a cup which only held like 4 ice cubes. The pillows were lumpy.

Clean , near heart of Ginza , it has laundry machine , tea coffee machine at the lobby for free and machine to compress clothes in packages

Great location. Very professional staff. Quiet and clean rooms.

Room and bathroom were a bit small although it could have been average for Ginza standards.

I liked that they had tea, ice and coffee available.

Hard beds but I’m sure that’s most of Japan. Only one pillow and it wasn’t soft, whatever they fill it with was very rough. Didn’t care for the options for breakfast. Pretty much egg salad sandwiches or toast. shower was messy would spray everywhere outside of tub

1. Good location. 2. Direct access to the rooms (the reception is on the 2nd floor)

1. Tiny rooms. Even for a single person, still tiny. 2. Beds aren't comfy.

The location was excellent, with easy access to multiple subway stations, the main Ginza street, and nearby convenience stores such as Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved — it was the same every day during our 10-day stay. Since the hotel doesn’t have its own café, breakfast is arranged at a coffee shop on the first floor. Housekeeping was provided every three days, but there was still noticeable dust on the surfaces.

The location is fantastic, close to metro. Plenty of shopping options around. I really liked the amenities at the reception.

The bed and especially the pillow were too hard. We had to discard the pillow and just use the decorative one, because it simply hurt to try to sleep on it. I would not select the breakfast again - very limited options and while tasty, I prefer more variety.

Centrally located next to Higashi Ginza Station.

The size of the room was very small (smaller than online pictures). The lobby is very uninviting despite how amazing it looks online.
