Pros +
- The staff was great polite helpful can ask for anything better. The location was just perfect right next to the subway and the view. The river wise great at night.
- Great onsen available , perfect location if you like Akihabara, plus it’s very close to the station. The hotel is on the other side of the river, so there’s not a lot of traffic around = no noise issues at night.
- Nice bath and comfortable room.
Cons -
- Quite a small room but it’s normal for Tokyo I suppose.
- Elevator traffic
- - Absurdly small room (20% smaller than an APA room). The space between the two twin beds is about 30cm. The space between the end of the bed and the wall is the width (not length) of a large suitcase (3ft?) . You can’t store luggage under the bed, so basically you leave it against the wall and you can’t open the fridge cuz it’s blocked. You rub/squeeze past your luggage to get to the bed. I’ve been to Japan 8 times and this is the smallest room I’ve ever had. I will not be choosing this location ever again because of this.- the mattress is very firm/kind of hard, but I didn’t wake up with back pain, so that’s fine I guess- the pillow is the half wooden marble filling and firm pillow - but again no neck pain so I guess that’s fine- the onsen is very small- there is only one teeny tiny elevator that can fit 2 people and 2 luggages only

Nice bath and comfortable room.

- the reception has cute robot buddies walking around- there’s a free alcohol/cocktail bar- there’s free pop, tea and juice- there’s a pillow bar to choose pillow types- there’s pajamas at the pillow bar- toiletries were sufficient- it was clean

Friendly staff Friendly robot Comfortable clean roomNice hot springs pool
Slow elevatorsVery uncomfortable pillow full of hard beans (?)Coin laundry didn’t take credit card
I arrived at Narita Airport at 9 PM and spent a quick overnight stay at this hotel while en route to Osaka the next morning. It was a good choice, easily accessible by train with a short walk at night, and it felt safe. It was perfect to be able to soak in the tattoo-friendly onsen after my flight and before bed. In the morning, I ended up walking to Tokyo Station, a 30-minute walk, to stretch my legs before the three-hour train to Osaka. I recommend this hotel for its amenities and location.
There was no view from my room, okay if you are just there to sleep.
Service was very good + free lobby drinks between 1800-2200 + free onsen + free pajamas and cushions
Rooms are very small with nothing but beds
Very convenient location, a few minute walk to Hibiya line Akihabara station. Smooth check in and check out.The room is quiet and comfortable with wonderful pillows, I had a good night sleep. The onsen was heaven after a very long flight, thank you!
While other hotels have rooms of similar size, this one had better arrangement, so I had no problem with opening up my suitcase. There is just no space wasted. Breakfast was really nice. Its on a quiet street, but the distance to the train station is really close. Beds are pretty stiff, but I found them to be incredibly comfortable. Had a nice view too, which I uploaded a photo of. I also liked the pin-accessed rooms, instead of keycard - one less item I have to think about.
All the important stuff like the bathroom and the bed was very clean, but the TV was covered in dust. There is only one elevator, but works pretty fast so it didn't feel like a problem.
very nice location and attentive staff. a lot of toiletrees available for free on the lobby as well as a very nice place to hang out if necessary. they also store your luggage if needed for some hours to go through the city before your flight, and they do yamato service as well.
rooms could be a little bit more spacious, specially when travelling in a group. beds could be improved, and the available pilllows on the room are not comfortable at all, they do provide different style pillows for you to choose from but if you arrive late you might not have any to switch. also only two washer-dryer units available for the whole hotel, which could get very crowded if wanting to wash clothes at popular hours.
Loved the all-night onsen bath available for all guests for free. Very easy to use, clear instructions. Nice small rooms with modern bathroom.Excellent location
clean onsen (tattoo friendly), great location, kind staff
Quite small rooms
Fantastic location, and the customer service is top notch as always. It's nice that they have a happy hour, plus you can choose your own pillow. My favourite part of this hotel chain, other than the onsen, is the fact that there's always a little desk nook with seating in your own room, which is far better than the counter style ones that are present at other hotels.
Elevator was closed for inspection the day I had to leave (I had late check out at 12pm), and I was on the 11th floor. Perhaps they could account for late check outs when scheduling the inspections? The poor staff had to help me carry my luggage all the way down the stairs to the first floor.
The property is clean and beds are comfortable. The amenities are wonderful. Very close to the train station, restaurants and shops.
There’s nothing to dislike.
The hotel's location is very convenient for people who wants to spend a lot of time and buy many things at Akihabara. The hotel is very clean with all necessities provided. The room is also a lot more spacious than it's branch in Okachimachi Will definitely stay here again in the future!
There was only one elevator so it may be slow when you want to enter or visit.
Excellent location. Onsen bath was wonderful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Inexpensive laundry too.
Single elevator was extremely annoying.
I liked how the reception staff handled my case. I had an issue with my room mate and they solved it very well showing great comprehension and professionalism.
Rooms were a bit tiny and did not allow a single person use.
Good location right next to Akihabara Station, keyless doors and a nice public bath.
There is only one elevator, so be patient.
Loved the evening reception/happy hour. Nice balcony off the lobby overlooking the river. Onsen was nice and we also loved the pillow buffet next to reception. Very clean property and easy to walk to dinner options and the train station.
There is only one elevator, but it wasn't really an issue as we tried to leave early each morning.
