Price and convenience especially corner room

cleanliness could be better especially untouched area. If you drop something, you will end up seeing tons of dust.

The breakfast surpassed my expectations! It was fabulous: many choices : Japanese and western cuisine were served! Ramen noodles were served. Everything was delicious. Service was impeccable

Absolutely NO complaints People at the desk were Extremely helpful and went out of their way to help in any way

Location was great, walkable, with lots of shops and restaurants to try. About 15 minutes walk to the Tsukiji market, less than 10 to the nearest subway, with great konbini and nearby coffee shops just down the street from the hotel.

The windows in our room did not open, so there is no access to fresh air. The HVAC in the room therefore just recirculates the stale air, which makes it difficult to control the humidity and temperature overnight. The shower also had a smell from the drain later in the day once the water had dried. We brought up the smell to management who didn't really have any solutions to offer. Given the cost and presentation of this hotel as slightly higher end than say an APA, this was overall a disappointing stay with less than good value for the price.

Very good location, staff and hotel facilities.

A lot of dust underneath the bed and I got allergic to dust. Carpet in the room was old.

    Location was somehow ok

Not a 4 star at all. The hotel smells really bad and the staff are weird and not trained to handle with customers, I don’t understand how can you be hospitality field with no customer service. One of the female receptions was side eyeing us and rolling her eyes to us. Are we in middle school drama?

Location, Location, Location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would like to special mention in particular front desk receptionist, Ms Eguchi who managed all my concerns professionally.

Rooms were quite small, but not a big issue since Tokyo’s floor areas is indeed expensive!Breakfast, Japanese style was very good.

The staff is amazing! They helped us with a smile at every interaction. We really appreciated the cleaning quality. The location in Ginza is very good. Close to food, Don Quixote, and the trains.

The room is small and not ideal for 2 people. The massage chair takes up a lot of space and isn't ideal for western sized bodies. Cleaning is only a 4 hour window so after 2 pm they will just bring sheets to your room to change the bedding yourself. Also the lack of pillow options and small duvet made sleeping difficult.

Good location. Near taxi stop and metro station

    Poor breakfast

    10KirillPosted on: 12-18-2025

Great location in the center of Tokyo next to Ginza with many shops and activities. 5 minutes walk to metro stations. Clean and tidy room with a great big-city skyline view. In our room we had a massage chair which we really enjoyed after long walks in the city. I liked the rainfall shower in the bathroom.

Small room, but this is expected from hotels in Tokyo. Personally, I find the bed a little firm, and the pillows as well.

The location is excellent. There’s a Donki very close by, as well as 7-Eleven and FamilyMart. It’s also just steps away from the Ginza shopping street, including Ginza Six, and overall it’s a really nice area.

The rooms are very small and poorly designed. It’s not possible for two people to move around comfortably. We requested an upgrade and switched to a different room, but the layout was still bad and we were not comfortable.

I felt that one of the staff members was not very friendly when assisting us after we accidentally locked our key inside the room. It made me wonder whether our appearance as Chinese Americans, especially during this sensitive time.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel. It was well connected to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. My room was quite big enough, but two of my friends were in a double room which was not spacious. I would definitely stay there again.
