Comfort Hotel Tokyo Kanda

Bed was very comfortable and bigger than most other Japanise hotels i visited

the bathroom smelled horrible like heavy used Porta potty, gross

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and lobby.

Pillows are somewhat thin for my taste but not a big provlem.

Very accommodating and cleaned sheets daily. Water and breakfast available

Far Walk and train ride Away from the Shibuya and Shinjuku. The bathroom were odd reminded me of RV bathroom

The staff were very courteous and friendly. It felt as if we were living with a host family.

I wish the TVs had the capability to cast. We weren’t in the rooms a lot during our stays but would’ve been nice to cast my favorite shows from my phone to the TV in the room.

Location was ok

The room is small. Hard for two people to move around in the room and opening your luggage was difficult because of the room size.

I like the cafe library, in particular. The book selection is very special and interesting, especially those food and gourmet related ones…

This is a great location about 10minutes from Kanda station, in an interesting neighbourhood - mostly quiet but some great un-touristy bars and restaurants in the local area, particularly around the station. The hotel is very modern; small rooms, but as expected in Tokyo.

Good location, short walk to 2 stations and restaurants. Extremely helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. Rooms are small, but clean and have everything that you need.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, with easy access to multiple train stations and only a 25 minute train ride to Haneda airport. The staff were very kind and helpful during check-in, breakfast, and check-out. The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was delicious, and there was a timed ticket system to prevent congestion which worked well. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out, which was very helpful.

The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud.

The room is pretty good, bed and pillows are really comfortable. All the staffs were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and there is coffee, tea and filtered water always available. I would definitely stay at the hotel again!

We had a couple of nights here and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the free breakfast is a bonus, the scrambled eggs are superb! We liked the location and found it easy to walk to various attractions plus the subway is very nearby.

Rooms are small but fine if you’re just using it to sleep.

Clean and tidy. Small room for 2 people, but was as expected for Tokyo. Comfortable bed.

The complimentary breakfast is the best part for me. It is a little bit small if you have multiple large suitcases but overall, we had a nice stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very very small bath room and location of the TV is useless . Not sure why there is no English Channel or ability to use subtitles either

Great location. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Our daughter vomited all over one of the beds and they cleaned promptly without fuss or extra charge.

It's a Tokyo hotel so the rooms were tiny, but that's to be expected.

Cleanliness, staff, breakfast and location..

It was good value for money, the room was pretty small but I think that's common in Tokyo especially for the money you're paying. The staff is super nice and the room was clean

Close to station , good breakfast and clean room. Also 2 sets of new towels every day,. We Will come back again.
