Breakfast was delicious and simple.

The wifi was very poor in the very early morning and super slow. I would not recommend.

Kitchen staff were nice

Food quality. Room by stairs and behind cafeteria. Laundry machines were dirty. Room by the window was cold, heater straight at the bed making it both hot And cold. No diaper pail. Front desk staff couldn’t do anything and seemed aloof. Just the whole experience was off and considered moving hotel.

Location - close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal and also other areas like Ginza, etc.

Too little space to fit in. It would be better to have phone charging plugs on both sides of the bed, not just on one side. That was a bit frustrating. The pillow was too firm and very comfortable. It would be better to have another softer pillow as a choice.

Super love the location! This is my 2nd time in S-peria. It is 5 minutes walk from the airport limousine or the bus station from/to Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is across a grocery and nearby Lawson. The bed is always comfy as ever! The room I booked has been always perfect for solo traveler like me. If you have more than 2 luggages, expect that it can be hard to move around but is fine! If I will be back again in Tokyo, I will definitely book this hotel again! Happy to see improvements too including the new look of the key card and breakfast menu.

None! Just include plastic bags for trashes specially if guests will not ask to clean the room.

The location was good for my purpose, and it was clean. I like the bed as well.

I guess it is normal in Japan, but the bathroom was small.

The location is right at a bridge on the Sumida River, but it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hanzomon, Oedo, or Shinjuku Metro Lines. Fortunately, the walks are straightforward and on flat ground with plenty of good shops on the way. This hotel is almost just like an APA hotel (same layout, same unit bathroom style) but is clean and comfortable. The beds are firm but comfortable and the pillows have one side full of buckwheat husks so you can choose the side that feels best for your head. The room I had was especially welcome since the building, for some reason, was always warm no matter how cold it was outside...I actually needed the cooling of the AC unit. Unlike other hotels with central systems that are switched on a certain day (and you can't get cool in hot weather), this was a welcome convenience. The tub was large and I could fit in it. The hotel itself was relatively quiet and had far fewer non-Japanese guests than the chain hotels, which helped in the morning when I didn't need to hear people screaming at each other. The breakfast was modest but tasty and welcome before a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is efficient. I would stay here again and enjoyed my time.

Was kind of far from subway stations, but that was only an issue at night after I was tired from walking around all day. The room was a little dusty but the provided HEPA filter really helped with that. The view from my room was 10m away from some lady's balcony, but that is common in Tokyo. There really wasn't anything to keep me from coming back.

I stayed for 10 nights and except the room being a bit small everything else was as expected.

In the Single room there is no option to store your clothes, no wardrobe.

The check-in time (3pm) could've been earlier and checkout time (11am) could've been later.

The position is good and near the airport shuttle station. The staff is kind and the lobby looks clean.

It smells a little bit weird in the restroom.Something like sanitizer.
