    Very Good

    Based on 906 reviews

    Pros +

    • Charge me extra for kid to stay
    • Excellent location, quiet yet a nice walk to Akihabra and close to two subway stations.
    • Very nice bed, great location. Felt safe as a solo female traveler

    Cons -

    • Small lobby and would not let you check in before 3
    • The dryer was broken throughout our stay.
    • The rooms were quite smaller than what we are accustomed to in the US. We’re not large people, and it was smaller than our RV, which we consider small. The bed was on the stiff side and not very comfortable.

i enjoyed this hotel! i felt like it was spacious enough to have two suitcases. i also thought the location was very convenient as it was next to a lot of entrances for the train! the area is also nice and quiet.

was not a fan of the pillow, i thought it was a bit uncomfortable. also was not a fan of the scent or air freshener that was used in the hallways.

The location was very convenient for the areas we were travelling to. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous

    It met all expectations.

Close to metro stops. Coffee and tea at reception was really nice. Room was cleaned well every day. Good selection of complimentary toiletries at reception.

Room was small as expected, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The room was simple but well equipped. The position is great, next to many subway stations. The staff was always helpful and even provided us with some pastries for breakfast together with tea and coffee from the machine. They stored our luggage for 10 days before we could check in, so great!! It was very clean too.

    Everything was perfect.

Location close to metro, quiet area, alot of free amenities available, nice pillow that has nice neck support, staff very helpful and friendly

The hotel itself was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable, which was atypical for our experience in Japan. I didn't have to really think about the administrative aspects of dealing with the hotel, which is always the goal. The check-in/check-out process was streamlined through the use of terminals in the reception area.

The rooms were very small, which was fairly typical for Western-style rooms in all of the major Japanese cities in which we stayed. The real issue was the location, which was my fault for not doing better research. On paper, it looked fairly close to everything we wanted to visit. In practice, we ended up taking a taxi more than we would have preferred because almost all of the public transport lines would have required a connecting train and Kanda station was just a little further away than would have been convenient. I think most tourists will find that they are better served looking for a hotel in the Shibuya or Minato City areas. Hotels in Tokyo aren't cheap, but taxis can really rack up the expenses quick.

Clean room, comfortable bed, useful counter space, & convenient location

    Nothing in particular

    8BrinkleyPosted on: 11-7-2025

Staff was friendly and made good recommendations for nearby food. This hotel is in a quieter neighborhood, but still well connected with public transit to get to other areas of Tokyo.

The room is small which is typical for Tokyo.

    9AlmogPosted on: 11-4-2025

Really close to public transportation, easy to locate, comfortable bed, helpful and kind staff.

Pillow was a little uncomfortable for me, but the staff replaced it with a softer one.

    10DevinPosted on: 11-2-2025

clean, quiet, and close to some amazing Tokyo attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    6PaulPosted on: 10-29-2025

Bed itself was reasonably comfortable. Blackout curtain was effective.

Pillow was filled with hard beads which was uncomfortable for me. Though I didn’t hear any sound of people moving in the hallway, I did hear the ring of the elevator which was loud enough to awaken me, as I’m a light sleeper. The bathroom fan had a squeaking sound when it was in the “off” mode. Turning it on was better as though it was louder it was less annoying.

It was a room with a purpose.. to get us to Japon and start our trip.

It was an "work" location...nobody around. Not a tourist location.

    10JanaPosted on: 10-17-2025

Excellent location, very clean room with complimentary amenities. The staff is also very nice, supermarket 7/11 is just around the corner, bigger supermarket Summit just 800 m away. The rooms are smaller, as in the pictures or descriptions, however it is nearly the same as other places in Japan. For us, the room was just perfect for 2 people with 2 pieces of luggage. If we come back to Tokio one day, we will definitely book this hotel again :)

    10LanaPosted on: 10-12-2025

Fabulous location, helpful staff, exceptional value, clean and safe

    Nothing!

    8RichardPosted on: 9-24-2025

We primarily booked this hotel due to the proximity to the World Athletics Championships that were occurring in Tokyo. The hotel was basically on the Marathon route, so from a location standpoint, it was great. There is also a 7-11 across the street. The room itself was smaller compared to where we stayed in Kyoto and Kanazawa, so it was a little tight. The hotel has a few train stations nearby, which is great.

One of the laundry units was broken at the hotel, and the particular machine that they have is on a two hour cycle for wash and dry. It was a bit difficult to get laundry done and we eventually decided to go to a coin op away from the hotel. As mentioned before, the room was a bit on the smaller side.
