Great location. The hotel was on a quiet street in Shinjuku, a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy area. It’s also a short walk to two Train stations. I Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. A good way to get the day started before exploring Tokyo.

The staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast options are top-notch. The cafe is cozy and has a warm and welcoming vibe. The hotel and cafe are very compact, but thoughtfully laid out.

Really friendly and personal hotel located in a quiet street close to busy heart of Shinjuku. Staff were really helpful and even let us check in early when we arrived jet-lagged from London.The little cafe was great. We had breakfast there every day.
Rooms are very small and cramped, with no space for luggage. Bed is pushed up against a wall which makes it hard for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out.
Great spot in the middle of a busy area but this street is really quiet and super central to everything. Close to the main shinjuku metro. Facility was great, very clean and new building.

Pretty small, but typical for Tokyo. Room smelled a bit like mildew after shower, possibly needs dehumidifier or better ventilation.

Great location, just one street of the bustling k-town, and a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku entertainment district. Rooms are small, but not to small. Rooms are clean, environment is clean. There is a washer and dryer and even a vending machine in the building. The cocktails in the bar are good and cheap! The shower/toilet are in the middle of the room and all the walls are glass... but there is a curtain you can close if you need the privacy.
I don't think it was necessary to make the shower and toilet a glass box.
I really like the little cafe attached to the hotel. It was a great day to start my morning. Also, the rooms were really clean and modern.
I think that for more than one person, the room could have felt a bit cramped. As a solo traveler though, this was not an issue.
This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. I stay here every time I visit. It’s convenient to get to, on a quiet street. The staff are amazing and super friendly.
