Henn na Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho

Nice location. Very convenient for Tokyo JR, fish markets, rappongi. We arrived very late about 1 am in the morning and were very pleased that there was a human to introduce us to the robots and help us check in. Tiny rooms well laid out. Good breakfast.

Very small for standard room

Easy monorail ride from Haneda Airport, especially if you use baggage shipping to forward your bags to the following night. Great location for neighborhood walks to help me adjust to the time zone. Fun morning walk to Tokyo Station to catch my next train.

Robot check-in was a joke, but there was a staff person on hand to help me. No way I would have figured it out otherwise because I was too tired from the flight.

Small room

I think this is a great budget hotel if you are traveling for work in Japan. I really like the clothes steamer appliance in my room. It does a great job getting the wrinkles out of your clothes. The location was great as well.

The rooms are small, just like a standard japanese hotel, but everything is thought out where they have stuff located in the room so I would not call this a negative.

Close to train station, quiet and clean room. Sturdy and comfortable room sandles provided.

Aircon control seems difficult to use. Air is a bit dry.

The location works for me being close to transportation particularly on the Yamanote Line and Haneda mono rail. Good food options too.

Rooms are small..beds are hard.

Convenient location, easy to find and helpful staff! This is my third stay at this hotel and would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

Quiet, compact room very near to Hamamatsucho station and the convention hall. Free luggage storage. Nearby Tokyo Tower and Kyu-Shiba-rikyū Gardens.

Rooms are incredibly small, but that is Tokyo for you (however perhaps a bit smaller than the usual).

Less than 5 min walk to the train/subway station, 15 min walk to Tokyo Tower, lots of drop-off luggage storage

Location, clealiness, friendly staff, especially Mr. HASHIMOTO who helped us a lot with getting taxi to the airport in the early morning and handling our baggage during our check out..thank you Mr. Hashimoto.

Room is small but still bigger than our first room from our first booking on 24-25 April 2025.

The room was better than the room from our first booking from 24-25 April 2025 which was so tiny and barely walk without bumping to each other.
