Pros +
- Room size
- Friendly staff, clean room, drinks and amenities available on first floor. Close by to train station.
- Great small hotel, nice inviting entrance and smiling staff to welcome you. Once you step out you are right in the bustling Tokyo. With nice restaurants and 7elevens nearby, good connections with Hanzomon and Chou Sobu Line, in my experience the best lines for travel everyday. From here you have to visit a great restaurant, Rikiya, it was a nice welcome as a tourist and amazing owner who showed me many tastes.
Cons -
- Limited Lobby space, pillow
- It was a little bit small but that is as what you would expect from the cramped Tokyo.
- Very hard to find. There are no signs throughout the entire airport guiding a customer to the reception. The automated check-in does not work at all well and is very slow. The bed is not very comfortable and the pillow is strange.

Good location. Quiet. Good range of facilities.

The room was spacious, with toilet and shower separated. Very pretty decorated.
Maybe it’s too much but I could still see the dirt inside the gap of the water tap.
Convenient location to everything. Nice amenities by hotel, i liked the beauty face mask.
The walls are a bit mouldy inside the room, can be a bit uncomfortable. And the rooms are opening outside.
Very welcoming and trying hard to compensate for the limitations of the building. Good location close to Sky Tree, very helpful staff, very good bed.
The building itself is old (but room was very clean). Room decor is in dark colours.
Easy to find. Rooms were so clean. Breakfast was nice as were free drinks. Room air cleaner great.
Beds are very hard and two extra pillows and a sheet would have been terrific as we find the feather duvet quite hot. We don’t use the air conditioner unless it is very hot!
Very good location near to a station Close shops near by to Cute room
Beds are not confortable :( not soft
I like that I was able to have my bags in the hotel early at no extra fee. The hotel was easy to get to and no problems checking innor out
I did not like how stiff the beds were. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel. The location of the hotel is in a very close area to " the ladies of the night"
Super helpful and polite staff, even by high Japanese standards. We had lots of luggage and they were really kind helping us move them to/from our room.Rooms were MASSIVE by Tokyo standards, though toilet a little cramped.access to evening drinks, ice, morning light breakfast were all welcome bonuses
Mattress was worst of our whole trip :( absolutely rock hard and unforgiving. Really dampened what was otherwise an excellent stay. Still giving a high score despite this as they deserve recognition for everything else.Pillows were also really poor (we bring our own to cover for this)
I liked the originality of the look of the hotel
I didn't get to stay at this particular location, lost my phone and didnt remember which location I'd booked.Even with asst from a Sakura stay location
Staff were friendly though desk was never staffed on return at night. Hotel has easy access to the main areas of Tokyo & within walking distance of the SkyTree.
The location is close to a 'Red Light' district so some of the streets nearby have people hanging about at night that can feel uncomfortable. Beds are not the most comfortable.
Very nice staff, very clean room, good value for your money.
The windows could be a bit better, lots of noise coming in from the street.
Decent location, a few minutes walk from Kinshicho Station. Good view of Tokyo Skytree :) Staff very helpful and friendly and helped us organise luggage delivery to the airport. Beds and pillows were ok albeit a bit hard. Hair dryer and sink were good. Near the train station so it was close to restaurants and some malls - PARCO, oioi, Yodobashi Camera. Delicious yakiniku nearby.
It's a refurbished apartment, the bathroom and toilet has been kept as it is - okay but not the best. Weird musty smell in the room and toilet, there were ventilation fans but felt like they didn't help much.
The hotel is near the metro station so it was easy to get there even with luggages. They hold our luggages before check in while we went for lunch. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from the street, we had a good sleep. I liked that toilet and bathroom were separated.
The location was pretty good in terms of access to a good metro line. There were some interesting restaurants nearby if don’t mind a bit grungy. Which we love
Very small rooms and a bit noisy at night.
- Convenient location- Spacious room- Excellent amenities- Free refreshments - Helpful and polite staff
The aircon needs cleaning. The air coming out has a bad smell.
We had the comfort twin room with shower, and it had the best balcony facing the corner of the building, towards the Sky Tree and the station. The station was only a 5 minute walk, with Family Mart Conbinis on the way. The staff were nice and the hotel looked great. Loves savoring our last night in Tokyo from my balcony, watching the Tokyo people and Skytree , just soaking it all in one last night before we left. Absolutely the best.
The only drawback was the breakfast offered. There was only 3 types of bread. Toast, and 2 types of rolls. And being lactose intolerant, the only topping being butter is a problem. No jelly or dairy free margarine available, and no proteins or fruits. I'd still stay again sometime because of the location and view from our room, but I would plan ahead and bring some breakfast foods from the conbini the night before.
Close to station .. 5min walk .. cross a few traffic lights and you are there. Morning refreshment of bakery items /coffee tea and juices were free to have in morning. Just had to take items back to room to eat. Good way for a quick start to day.
Shower had a little bit of a smell.
