    Pros +

    • Location. Cleanliness. Large room. Bathroom. Service. Attentive and Responsive staff. Full size ironing board. Convenient to two major subway stations.
    • The hotel is super clean, the staff are very attentive and friendly and the rooms are spacious and well provisioned. The location is close to the subway and there are numerous restaurants and shops right on the hotel doorstep.
    • Friendly and polite staff who were very helpful with our requests. The rooms are nice and spacious enough for four family members; we were glad they could accommodate all of us, which is quite rare in Tokyo! The neighborhood is upscale and very pleasant, located near Akasaka Biz Tower and close to two stations (both within a 5-10 minute walk), as well as a beautiful shrine

    Cons -

    • Lack of full length mirror. Coffee was instant coffee. Laundry equipment instructions were confusing.
    • Nothing - the hotel was perfect!
    • The room includes a washer-dryer combo, but unfortunately, it takes about 8 hours to complete a cycle. It doesn't do a great job and may even damage your clothes. Our advice is to avoid using it; we aren't sure if the hotel has common laundry facilities, but we wouldn't recommend the one in the room

Their service was just on point. The proximity to many Metro stations was amazing, there's a family mart across the street. So much food around and CENTRALLY located in Tokyo. Small room for my family but this was by far one of our favorites. We booked this place last minute after a DISASTER of a fake hotel in Shinjuku. Luggage delivery service was great!

Size - but that just comes with the space anywhere in Japan. I can't remember if there was free coffee, but I got mine every morning across the street at Family Mart. :)

Good location, front desk staffs are very respectful greeting, friendly and nice, they

The room was a running down

We were very happy with our choice of this hotel. To start, amazing location. So many great restaurants around, a convenience store right across the street, train station within a 5 minute walk. Super friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile and great attitude and happy to help in any way. Our room was big and nice, and the beds were so comfy. Really great value for the price considering it's so well located and the rooms are pretty large for Japan.

Location was excellent, close to train stations, many nearby dining options. Shopping areas are only 10-15 min away by train. Rooms were just the right size for our group. Our 7 young adults enjoyed the Japanese style tatami room. Great daily towel service. Staff ate the best! Very friendly and courteous, just amazing people!

The only thing is that there are quite a few other “Centurion” hotels close to each other that it confuses the taxi drivers and they would drop us off at a different hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. So many food options in walking distance. Easy access to downtown Tokyo. Loved the chic restaurant next to hotel. Had cocktails and appetizers there every night. I would definitely recommend staying here. I had a king suite with a terrace. Extremely spacious and the beds were super comfy.

Next time I will pay for room cleaning services.

Space, staff, location was all cool

    Walking at night was interesting

Close between two stations with a lot of options for food close by! The staff was excellent and helped with the offered amenities

Best hotel room regarding value for money we had on our whole trip! Location was excellent - a bit further away from the subway but the lively neighborhood more than made up for it

    10ValeriePosted on: 1-12-2026

It was slightly different than I expected, but a lot bigger than the hotels we stayed at during our time - in a great way. The room was so big compared to other hotels in Japan, as well as the bathroom. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond.I didn't do enough research on the location, but it wasn't anything bad. A little more lively at night, where coworkers would go out and have a night cap... but you cannot hear anything! It's very quiet inside the hotel, very clean and just overall great.

    10JamieLynnePosted on: 1-8-2026

Property was close to many eateries, convenience stores, and walking distance to train stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that we go clean towels daily.

    9AngiePosted on: 1-6-2026

Everything was so easy. Free water each day, slippers amenities and robes were available. Washer in the room was nice touch! A bit further to get to Ginza, Shibuya and shinjuku, but too bad with Metro trains... stations were a easy 5 minute walk or less. Restaurants, coffee shops convenience stores all within walking distance.

    Tricky to get hot water...

    10MariaPosted on: 12-28-2025

Good location. Close to trains, a lot of dining options. Friendly, helpful staff, English speaking, and very welcoming.

Great location! And clean hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Felt like a repurposed love hotel with location to boot.

The hotel has an auxiliary building for some rooms. The location we went to was very run down with paint chipping on the walls and weird perfume smells left over from what I’m assuming is previous guests. Weird smells coming from the shower and other parts of the room. Very old, looking and rundown front desk. Staff were non-Japanese! English speakers with a heavy accent that was difficult to understand. Dimly lit corridors gave this hotel the sketchiest feeling out of any hotel that I have stayed at in Japan the pictures are from either another property of theirs that are reserved for others or from a property that does not exist. BOOKER BEWARE!!!

Lots of beds for big families

Not much included in your stay. No breakfast. It was just a quick one night stop for us though.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and helpful.

It’s a no frills hotel in a great location. Rooms were huge which is so hard to come by in Tokyo. It’s the perfect room size for families or groups.Unfortunately, the hotel is unlike the photos, please do more research before booking. The rooms are very dated and we did question the cleanliness of it. Super dusty to say the least and almost smelled like what seemed like mildew. Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms smelled like food from outside (level 2 is a restaurant and the entire street is filled with restaurants and bars, so many smokers outside). I was travelling with young kids and senior parents. Would not stay again despite the central location, it didn’t feel clean or comfortable.
