Pod/bed was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Curtain provided good privacy, and was quiet enough that I slept well( using the free earplugs provided at the front desk. Great location! Staff was polite. Would recommend for SHORT stay.

Bathroom (shared by ~20 people) was initially clean, but wasn¿t cleaned during my 5 night stay, and became very dirty. The ONE sink in bathroom did not work at all. Sinks in separate washroom ONLY had hot water. WI-FI connection was unreliable.

Location and ease of transaction. Located near station and Shinjuku entertainment area. Staff is professional and it really is value for money.

The Showers require you press them every 15 seconds for water to keep running.

Very handy location in Shijuku. Very in expensive as far as hotels go and I got a good deal. Was perfect for me as a sleeping space only.

Dryer is not effective at drying clothes so take ages.

Friendly staff!

Everything was okay, showers only operate for about 7 seconds at a time (says 15 on the sheet but none of the 3 male showers lasted for longer then 7 seconds) needing constant pressing. Theres only 2 toilets on the male floor.

All-in-one area: The sleeping areas, Restroom and Bathroom and Clockers. Feel really safe. The heating system is perfect.

It was close to the train station

There was literally a dude sleeping naked who didnt even bother to pull the binds down for his capsule. On top of this the showers turn off every 10 seconds if u dont press the button which is irritating. And the laundry is just a scam. The dryer doesnt even work, i paid 6 times (1 time = 30 mins) and in the end it was still super wet and damp like it just came out the washer so i gave up to go to sleep, by then it was already 4am. While i was doing laundry there were also other people who gave up after like 4 cycles to go to bed

I arrived for late midnight check-in and the in charge staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and have all basic amenities to offer for FOC. The bed was very thick, comfortable and the capsule actually quite spacious and modern (new building). Location nearby one station away from Shinjuku Station.

Not much to say except just 15-20 mins far walking distance to the center of Shinjuku.

I like that the place was clean. And chill to relax.

Because I checked late at night, I had to go to the men building. There one drunk customer was bothering me. And made me very uncomfortable. Also, the staff did not give me all the accommodations. But i understand it was quite late and maybe he was tired.

The things like big luggage of other room mates were all over the places.

It was very cheap and the staff was friendly and always gave me clean towels etc.

It is very small for someone my size and I am not a very big person but still wasn't bad at all

The bed was very comfortable. I like the privacy of the capsule. Very spacious pod. Shower is a bit small but it is still good for me. I like the separation of the shower and washroom. The guests were nice and quiet. I like that they provide towels and toothbrush and toiletries

Being in women’s washroom is a bit messy. With all the hair on the counter too. But it’s not the hostels fault. It was in the morning. They can put effort in cleaning the shower doors and wall. It is still clean don’t get me wrong

Staff were very nice.It was relatively quiet (The capsules do not close there’s just a curtain so how quiet the capsules are depends on your luck).

The AC didn’t work in my capsule.Showers work with timer and the water stop working after a couple of second.

The showers and floors were definitely not clean at Japanese standards. There was mold and dust on the fans, older rusty stains, lots of hair everywhere.

Has all I needed for my stay as a solo traveler for a great value. Staff was nice and helpful. They get you set up quickly and I did not need to bother anyone as they always had the restrooms clean and filled with what was needed daily. Change was also available for laundry.

Nice, clean, accessible

It’s close to Shin-Okubo station which is nice. There are also many restaurants nearby.

My main concern were the showers. Most of them had mildew and didn’t look like they get cleaned regularly.

It’s ok

It’s very loud in the midnight, there’s always ppl packing until 3am, and the lights in the room is always on.
