Room very small space

Good location, good for getting to airport on monorail. Rooms clean and relatively spacious

Inflexible 4pm check in. No flex under any circumstances. Horrible long winded complex self serve kiosk check in and checkout - despite staff standing there looking at you. No response or slow response to online queries

Location perfect for convenience to metro and monorail. Enjoyed the nearby restaurants, especially Salmon’s.

Took me a breath or two to get over the room size. I was one person.

It was a place to sleep

The receptionist tried to make more money by forcing our friend to rent another room at market price ($600 /night), forcing him to rent a capsule room. The appliances and amenities also don’t work or was falling apart; dryer, mini AC, and blow dryer.

the location was really convenient with it being near 7/11, lawson and family mart. The hotel was also located by the train station which made the walk so much easier!

i loved everything about the hotel but a couple of issue was how the room kind of smelled like body odor every time we came into the room despite me airing it out or spraying the room perfume and the the mattress had other peoples hair on it.

The easy and smooth check in and close to hamamatsuco monorail to haneda airport .Room is small but OK. Staff are nice and helpful.

Its location was easy to find and it was comfortable enough-although tiny rooms

The staff didn’t allow me down in the lobby when I was up in the middle of the night due to Jetlag. I didn’t want to wake my partner in the room, but they wouldn’t let me sit in the lobby with any lights on. It was ridiculous.

Close to the station and felt very nice and clean. Amazing staff service and so willing to accommodate for luggage, services, and more! Highly recommend!!

I liked some of the free travel amenities in the lobby, how the staff helped with the automated check in, and the option of storing luggage while waiting for the firm check in time of 4pm.

The firm check in time of 4pm, at least the weather was good to be able to walk around for six hours but it was still a long time to wait.

The location was great, very convenient to train stations and it was fast to get anywhere in any direction. The neighborhood was great. The room was spacious, the bathroom was really nice

The location was close to the monorail to take to the airport. The. Bathroom was nice.

The room was narrow which made it a pain to get in and out of bed as the two mattresses were snug to the walls and each other. I felt that this was one step up from a hostel with too many rules posted amply throughout the facility. This was also the only hotel that did not have a designated smoking area (even outside). I also thought the staff was aloof (even for Japanese standards).

Convenient to the monorail to Haneda. Quiet location and good value for Tokyo; shower was great as was having a small fridge. Loved the rooftop view.

The “large” twin bed room would be considered small in other places—but apparently that’s the case in most Tokyo hotels.

This hotel is on a quiet street with a 711 on one corner and a French bakery on the other. The hotel has a place to sit and eat out front, inside or on the roof. We found Tokyo Ramen tower nearby. Nice walking area.

Just a tiny bit more English at the front desk. I know it's self centered to go to a foreign country without some language , but it was our first day in Japan and just a little bit could have made it less scary. We got the hang of our google translate soon enough and then we could figure out garbage and laundry. Both were really good at this hotel.

The room was small but great for Tokyo size. The bathroom was great and we had a fridge and kettle for coffee. Lots of great amenities.

We did not get clean towels during our 3 night stay so we had to reuse towels. The room was not cleaned either even when we put the sign out requesting cleaning. The pillows ( we only had 1 each) were very hard.

Great location, friendly staff, nice roof terrace, excellent facilities, clean and tidy.

Double rooms are quite small for two adults, check in process a little cumbersome with a group.

Good location. Nice lobby, outdoor seating, and communal kitchen and rooftop patio.

Overpriced for the size and decor of the room. Like a plain business hotel. Rooftop planters full of weeds. No utensils or dishes in kitchen so you can only warm things up, not cook.

Great price, very clean, with super friendly staff. Location was great, it was in a quiet area with lots of nice restaurants around and close to transportation. I especially loved how easy it was to take the monorail from the Haneda airport.

No breakfast available at hotel.
