La'gent Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho

The staff was really helpful and considerate of foreign visitors. An example of this is there outstanding assistance in our luggage forwarding to our next stay. It stood out particularly when compared to other places we stayed out.

Incredibly small, DUSTY rooms and halls. Bathroom was foul smelling, especially when the bidet was utilized. Fortunately a window was able to be opened to aerate the room a bit.

This hotel was very close to everything ! Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and safe.

Nice aesthetic. Staff were friendly. Good location. Edge of Kabukicho and Korea town. Area was quiet.

Room was smaller than expected. The photos make it look bigger and there was little space for luggage. The bathroom sink area was pretty low if you are a tall person or have back problems. Beds and futons were comfortable though. Morning breakfast at the hotel was ok for the price. Not too many other breakfast spots open before 10am in the area though. Only found one the was just down the the street that was good

All restroom amenities were provided and well appointed.

Each bed had 2 pillows. One had beads or something in it the other standard pillow. Both uncomfortable. Towels for the shower were extremely thin. Staff would not even allow us to sit at the restaurant because we hadn’t paid for breakfast to be included. Would not allow a coffee to be poured & charged to the room or for me to pay as soon as we went to an ATM on our first morning there.

Good location, nice bathroom amenities offered at the front desk, excellent shower pressure, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

But stuff services is very bad . When I need check out stuff help to booking the restaurant. Because some restaurants stuff can't speak English. So I give hotel check out stuff tel number to help booking . They can't help us . Before we has many hotels check out stuff help to booking the reservation. Only this hotel stuff they can't help us

The room is descent and bathroom is ok.

I wish they separate the toilet with the shower and have a separate lavatory outside the toilet that you don’t have to get inside bathroom.

Close to everything. Staff was nice. Vending machines. Great sound insulation.

Close to everything you could want in shinjuku. Best shower setup I’ve ever had.

Stone slab step in front of bed, stubbed my toe on that multiple times.

Rooms are small but location is convenient and 3 minutes from airport shuttle bus.

The hotel is very walkable to things we wanted to see and close to public transportation. It was clean, and we liked the sports bar downstairs and enjoyed watching some basketball games during our free time. We had breakfast in the hotel on our first morning and it was good. You can find something for everybody there. I had a great foot massage at a place recommended by hotel right across from the exterior door of the sports bar, and I found the best chocolate croissants at a small cafe a few blocks away.

The room was very small, but I believe that is typical for Tokyo and don’t fault the hotel at all for that. But if you like spaciousness, you should check out the square footage of the room before you book it.

Check in was simple and it was clean

The lobby didn’t have much space to leisure, and the room is really small. Also the WiFi sometimes doesn’t work and you have to reconnect

This is a find, excellent location, for tourist anyway. We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to some of fun neighborhoods we were exploring. The lobby, bar, and overall efficiency of this hotel really worked well for us.

The rooms are small, think cruise small.
