It was a really good experience. Good service and cleanliness.

Bed was a little hard.

I like that it is quiet and the hotel looks new. The lobby looks nice too.

I didn’t like that there’s hair on the shower wall. Didn’t really want to report it as it was kind of a hassle. I noticed that the grey wall has dust on the upper part as well, if you see it from another angle (sideways), because of the light.

Near stations and convenience store, great staffs and facilities.

Price is a high for room provided.

I loved the location. Room was very small for someone tall like me but I slept well and loved the drinks in the lobby.

Breakfast was good and there were great restaurants located nearby. Was also right next to a convenience store which was great!

Great location, great lobby, super clean, attentive staff, just the most comfortable experience. The free drink service in the lobby was our favorite part and was incredibly nice during the first few days of our trip when struggling with jet lag.

The rooms are tiny, but from that I've heard and experienced that's standard for hotels in Toyko.

The staff were professional and friendly, room and amenities were super clean and comfortable. Close to two major stations and convenience stores all around.

The washer and dryer were a bit too small, but okay for small items of clothing.

Location is good, quick to get to the center and key touristic places. The area around is nice too, so this part of Tokyo we liked a lot. Hotel has free drinks at first floor, internet was good. Room had everything you need including pajamas )

The only minor thing (depending on people) the room is overall small, still it is ok, but bathroom is very small (including ceiling), so if you are tall - you might need to take care of your head ).

The hotel is OK, and the location is also OK. You have to walk like 10 mins to any subway station, but it's doable, since you can then go anywhere in the city quite quickly from there.

The staff here was the least competent we found in Japan. There was one nice lady who spoke very good english, but whenever she wasn't there, it was basically impossible to communicate. We made a simple request to have an invoice with some specific data and so far we have not managed to get it from them as they persistently refuse to provide it.The room was Japan sized.

Your are getting what you pay for great neighborhood lots of good food and interesting views is a must if you want to relax and also have a good time

Location just south of Tokyo Tower and proximity to to train stations is very convenient. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful

We only stayed one night because we were flying out the next day, but it seemed like a nice place. The room was clean and quiet, and had ample space for the two of us and our bags, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. We had a little view of Tokyo Tower from our window, and you can walk to the park at its base easily, but the neighborhood is mostly offices and bars. With so many people arriving in the morning for work the metro was a no-go before 9:30. The lobby was cute - it had games for kids and a lending library of manga in Japanese and English for guests to read during their stay.

The breakfast wasn't the best - a couple of pastries in a paper bag, with a coffee and tea machine, but it's easy to supplement or replace that from conbinis in the neighborhood.

Literally everything. Very good location & staff is so helpful & friendly. Rooms are quaint but they have what you need. Lobby snacks & drinks were so delicious too.

That I had to leave it so soon.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and spoke English well, which I really appreciated. They also offer a suitcase storage service, which was convenient.

I understand that room sizes in Tokyo are usually limited, but the interior decoration of this hotel is quite disappointing. The dark blue walls make the room feel even smaller, and it’s not very clean. The furniture is old and worn out. The Wi-Fi connection is also unstable. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
