The room was the size of the bed

Location was just perfect for us traveling to Japan for the first time. It was very convenient to access the metro transportation where we stayed.

Room was small and so limited space for us to put our stuff.

Everything in the room is functional and I love that they were able to make that happen with a small space. I am not going to complain about room size because that is already a given in hotels in japan.

I guess just the location is a bit out of the way. I know its not like too far away but I kind of got used to just being a ride away from my hotel. But its still a relatively good location.

This hôtel mis nest the Tokyo station, 15 min by walk, very clean.

You book an APA hotel because you want to experience it at least once. For how small it is, it is incredibly comfortable, cosy, and every little detail has been well thought out to maximise the comfort in such a small space! The staff were incredibly friendly, and held our bags for us (they even placed a towel under our bag so that it wouldn't get dirty!)

The rooms are too hot, the building was set to heat mode during 27-28°C weather. No way to cool down besides opening the window about 2"

The location is pretty good for a walk to the station between Ginza and Nihonbashi.

There are not many restaurants or takeaway places.

Great for getting to and from Tokyo Disneyland. Only a 5 minute walk to the station on the Keiyo line that takes you there.

what a dirty place. so the hotel was quite well located but the room and facilities cleaningness was horribl.We stayed 3 days and not one time they came to do the room cleaning. we requested, but nothing. i am speachless by the dirty carpet, hairs everywhere and even a sticker of a guest luggage was still on my carpet. Never again, sorry.

It was clean and close to the station which is really nice! (About 20min walk). Also the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials you could need. Think toothbrush, razors, combs, etc. Also the staff at the desk was friendly greeting us every time we arrived and left.

The room simply was too small. I get the fact that this is something they’re proud of. But having no place to unpack your suitcase and no place to leave your suitcase other than under the bed drives you crazy quickly. Especially with two people as we couldn’t fit two suitcases on the bed and both stand next to it.

i like to the location, and the the good staff

the central air conditioner means that all the rooms gets the same, heat or air, so we were covered in sweat literally all the nights here. For that big chain i expected better, also the recommended laundry is far and expensive.

clean washroom with all amenities. value for money. on point all basic services.

rooms absolutely small. no place to keep the luggage. noise from the beside room is audible too. the WIFI is limited to hotel room and not in the lobby too.

Dusty and dirty in the corners, dirty bath near the taps, pillows were old, tv mirror/screen cast did not work at all. I got bitten by bugs in bed.

Amazing location, close to the train station while not too far away in terms of walking distance to major shopping centers in Ginza.

Would have been nice to have a laundry machine on site. Generally not an issue but the single elevator can slow down when a lot of people are using it.

The room facilities are amazing and easy to use. Super clean and location was super convenient for myself going for an explore the days I was there.

Only would like to have a little more room to spread out on the desk
