Staff was extremely helpful. Happy hour with free food and one with free drinks. Small room, but got the job done. Located couple block from Tokyo Station made it very convenient and a couple steps to a konbini.

Nothing bad to say, solid spot.

The staff were very accommodating. The location was close to the subway and shopping areas. It was easy to walk to eateries.

There was a front desk person all the time. Good amenities.

The rooms and bathrooms are way too small for members of my family who are over 6 feet tall (especially the bathrooms).

Hotel was easy to get to, conveniently placed, and the staff were amazing.

The location was walking distance to Tokyo station. Clean lobby and friendly staff. Washing machine in basement was handy but they only have one machine. There is a wall unit to use for items since there is no dresser of any sort. They have a set breakfast either included or you can add.

Double bed was against the wall so getting in on that side required crawling.

Wenyi was an amazing staff member. She was so friendly and helpful. I would have been lost in Tokyo without her recommendations. Her English was exceptional.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was nice, and the late night udon in the guest area was such a guilty pleasure! Location is hard to beat. The price was typical for Tokyo this time of the year.

the shelves in my room were dusty and I found half of a stale donut behind the tea tray. My window (and other rooms on this side of the building) was facing a wall about half a meter away which felt very claustrophobic.

The staff was awesome! Special shout out to yuki, he went above and beyond with his customer service. Amazing location & they have free drinks & food (check the times for this).

The staff were Amazing, thank you Yukeand Hide especially for the way you went out of your way to help. They have a great free drink in their rest area every night w many choices, plus noodles.. if you are still.hungry. nothing was a worry, and their welcome.and goid bye were special and the best of our 2 week stay. Great location to Tokyo and other stations and Ginza shopping. Would totally recommend!!! Ask them to fix up your air con to your liking when you first arrive.. otherwise youll freeze.
