    Pros +

    • It is well located
    • Location is great, right in Tsukiji and a short walk to the Kabuki Theater and Ginza. The room was decently sized for Tokyo, with a desk, chair, and large bed.
    • Great location and quiet property despite being on a main street across from the fish market.

    Cons -

    • The room is extremely small
    • The bed and pillow were hard. Other than that, it is a perfectly fine business hotel.
    • No staff spoke any English making some requests difficult to communicate. They possess a mini translation device but it was not accurate nor helpful.

Convenient location right across from Tsukiji and an easy 7-10 minute walk to Ginza

What was great- location, walking distance to multiple stations- clean, laundry availableChallenging- PowerPoint locations to plug in medical devices (I had to pull apart the light to be able to use it)

Best location walking distance from key metro stations and food market. Walking distance to gynza the best area in Tokyo

I tried once the breakfast and it was not included but I didn’t want to take it agains giving it was not a continental one. But this is not a must have since it’s a hotel in Japan.

Theres a bus stop right outside the hotel and a convenient store just downstairs. The shopping area is about 10min walk. Good location! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Clean room, ok to leave your luggage with them even after checkout, just get within the day, and you can get your needed amenities only so less waste

Small room, but typical of Japanese business hotels

We booked a smoking room, even though we are not smokers as that was what was available . While the room had a slight smell, it was mostly fine and the aircon helped to keep the room fresh. The room size was also decent and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. We also loved that we could use our Netflix account on the TV and had access to a smart TV in general. The hotel is well situated with the fish market very close by.

We came off a 24 hour flight from South Africa at midnight. We were at the hotel two hours before check in and our room was ready. However, we still had to pay for early check in. This is not the case across all hotels.

Clean, in the middle of several subway stations, convenience stores within a 2min radius.

    9VanicePosted on: 8-20-2024

The location is perfect! You can get a train just in 10 mins walk and there is a bus stop just right in front of the Hotel. The price is reasonable in Tokyo. There is a convenience store just at the ground floor of the hotel and there is plenty of restaurant and shops surrounding. Highly Recommended!!!

The room is quite small but still acceptable as the location perfect.

Hard to fault. Professional and friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. Station around the corner. Shopping district close by and Tsukiji market in front.

    Hard to fault

The Via Inn Higashi-Ginza was a very central place to stay in Tokyo - we were able to get pretty much anywhere on the train, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And of course, it is right across from Tsukiji market.

Love the location across from tsukiji market, the nicer side of Tokyo with Ginza just on the next suburb or two. The staff was friendly and the area is quiet at night.

It is a bit of a travel to get to certain attractions as it is located on the other side of Tokyo. Also, the hotel is not right next to the station, about 5-10mins walk to the nearest public transport.

Great location, super well connected to all touristic attractions. The room is tiny (to be expected in Tokyo) but it has everything that it is needed.Staff was really friendly :)

There is generator which was humming constantly which made it difficult to fall asleep. Not much espace for luggage (but again as expected in Tokyo)

The location was great. Right across the fish market. Also, free wifi, nice room. They also helped me by receiving a package that I shipped to myself, so i wouldnt have to carry it around during my travels. They held it for me in the front counter. Really nice of them to do so.

Not much I disliked. Great place.
